I'm just glad that Waystar Studios picked this up after Warner Bros dropped it. Was it an imperfect film? Obviously, no film is perfect after all. But it was a story that just needed to be told.

I think it’s supposed to come off as a cheesy true crime biopic, like something you’d see ID or Oxygen, not a major motion picture. If you don’t know what those are, just think commercial level actors reinacting crimes, in this case with complete misinformation.

The way he escaped prison was less crazy in the Hollywood propaganda film than how he actually escaped
