20 Minute Reformer Flow With Weights | Johanna Pilates

  • Join me and my favorite 30 year old t-shirt as we bust out a 20 minute pilates reformer flow with weights!
    I'll be using weights the entire time, but you can do without them if you prefer. I'd suggest grabbing a couple two pound weights, or water bottles if you don't have those.
    Put your foot straps on, foot bar up, throw on a medium spring and lets jump into this reformer flow!
