Hello and welcome to Johanna Pilates! Join me as I share some of my favorite Pilates exercises I do AND teach.
Express Reformer Arms and Abs | 10 Minute Workout | Johanna Pilates
Today's workout will be an express Pilates reformer series focusing on arms and abs.
We'll work flat in the supine position for today's class. I have so many variations of this series that I like to teach and this one will focus on coordination.
I'd suggest starting this video after you've warmed up a little bit on your own, consider checking out some of my other videos to get that done!

Short and SPICY 10 Minutes Standing Chair Series with Ball | Johanna Pilates

Who's up for some standing Pilates chair lunges with their favorite ball? This is a challenging ball variation that I promise will give you a great workout! For this class I'll be using my chair rails. If you don't have rails on your chair then be sure to position it near a wall for today's series. Let's knock out a 20 minute Pilates reformer flow using the long box in this easy at home workout! I usually like to warm up to this flow with some footwork and an abdominal series. For today we'll be using the long box, so put your head rest down, foot bar up and let's jump into this easy at home Pilates reformer workout!

If I may say, I LOVE your take on pilates. After all the bubbly teachers it's nice to see someone like me who...is just getting through it. It's great, I think you're funny and honest, and please post more without equipment. I can't afford 'the rack' etc. so it's nice to have floor based honest things. Again, great morning.

Very good! I did something similar once with the magic circle between the ankles. Love this flow and forgot how challenging it is and will add to my classes this week!
Well….hard to say!!! 15lb in each hand for bicep curls is doable for me but only for a 2 or 3 reps….12 lb each is usually my go-to that’s challenging yet doable for several reps
