      @@AnonymousHappiness I hear that... I think The Unnamed Feeling is the best Metallica song post 80's... And part of it is the drums... I love how the cymbals lack the attack and are compressed into this hiss in background... It sounds cool and fits the song really well...

      I mean I don't want to get lynched but I find the snare a.k.a. trash can going along with the songs on the album. When that unique sound the snare makes is gone a special part of the song goes away too. At least that's my opinion

    • @Goabnb94
      @Goabnb94 4 роки тому +2

      St Anger had potential to be significantly better than it was. There are primarily only 3 issues it has: terrible snare, lack of guitar solos, and long song length.
      Metallica is no stranger to long song lengths but St Anger felt like it was going nowhere. The same riffs repeat throughout the songs, and no significant solos or bridges to get the tracks to move.

      Reiswaffel Lol don’t you think that their sound techs would’ve heard the issue and fixed it by now? He’s been playing the song like that for a long time. Lars played One with one kick drum when I saw Metallica live a couple months ago as well. It’s ridiculous to say that they have a mic issue for every show that their professional sound guys just didn’t notice.
