It's 2017, can everyone please shut the fuck up about the Lars bullshit. Jesus. Okay yes he lost his touch that he had in '88... What do you expect after the guy is forced to play the same songs 10 thousand times over the course of 30+ years?? He's obviously a talented musician. Time to move on I say.
This.
Absolutely, he may not be as technically gifted as other metal drummers but where he shines is actually putting the songs together. (That and properly dealing with all the management bullshit that other bands fail at, without him there would be no Metallica.)
metfan4l yup, btw ty for that documentary u uploaded last night it was good watch
What a cop-out excuse. There are plenty of old timers who still kick ass at drumming.
The Drummer from Iron maiden has been even before lars... still kicks ass.
Great playing man! One of my all time favourite songs. I studied that track daily for years and you nailed it! Your playing is beautiful. Great job!
wheres the bass? ha ha
Damn, HUGE thanks for this drum cover! I`ve enjoyed it for hundred times.
Keep it up, man
Lars WAS good.
In Justice for all, there is when he did alot of copy paste.
Its so nice listening to metellica with a drummer that that can exually drum. Thank!
3:39 Lars's only great fill
Who's disliked this video and if they don't like drumming videos, what are they even doing here? Excellent job by the way, an awesome song and definitely played / drummed to perfection!!
This drum cover is just perfect, i have no words for it....
you throw in the flam kick pattern, nice.. very few people pick up on that in their 'version' of any song from AFJA. Flam single double single flam single double single... as you were:)
Highlight of my day man. loved your energy, drum kit and sound. Wicked.
Cheers.
The coolest thing about this clip is when you switched to riding with your left on the hats. That was awesome.
Until now the best blackened cover I've ever heard.
*SHOWOFF* he switches high-hats from one verse to another. That's pretty cool. Well done chap.
4:49-4:55 dang!
