Which arm i have to work on longer one or shorter 😊
Hey, @greenbeast8691. The length of your arms (whether one is longer or shorter) does not typically impact shoulder mobility. ☺ Both arms should be treated equally in terms of mobility exercises and stretches.

Last one left my shoulder in pain but i know i need more mobility behind my back so do i just deal with it
You should stretch your chest and front delts cause that’s what’s causing tightness and not letting you stretch your shoulder behind
You should also search up stretches for your rear delts and triceps and you’ll feel much better you do not want to do movements that cause you pain try stretching with good posture throughout your whole body including your shoulders

Silly question. The last stretch, it’s meant to stretch the arm behind your back right? Secondly, how high up should you go in terms of pulling that back arm upwards?
Hi, @PlayerOne-534! The hand that's behind your back should not be pulled upward; instead, keep it in place as you use the hand that's over your head to gently pull the towel upward.

Amazing ...both shoulders feel open properly

my left side is weaker than right side even though i have decent muscles. when i do biceps barbell curll the bar starts leaning to the left. i cant also hold my left arm towards me like i hold my right one. its been like this for years idk if this is a disability or if it could be solved with physiotherapy. the door stretch technique helped me relieve left shoulder pain i currently have. thank you!

For the 2nd stretch, do we have to retract our shoulder blades? There's a video that showed the shoulder blade is retracted. I would like to know if there's any difference to the one you did. Thanks.

I physically CANNOT put my left arm behind my back at all. I can't force it back there either. Any exercises to stretch the muscles on the inside of the shoulder blade without doing the towel thing?
I'm sorry to hear about your arm, @christinamcguire6266 😔 Since we aren't able to do a physical exam and see exactly what is going on with your arm, I can't for sure recommend what exercises you should do.

If you experience any pain or discomfort beyond a mild stretch sensation, stop immediately.

How often should I do these? My right shoulder mobility is utter trash atm
Hey, @harleyswinger9128. The exercises can definitely be performed more than once a day. The isometric exercises in the program are very soothing and gentle. So you are more than welcome to perform the routine more than once per day.

How tall are you?
I'm 6'1" @tyrusreidt1928 :) Most of the videos were shot in our RV so that's why I look way taller.
My left shoulder has a problem, when I do that door stretch it's like it's twisting inside my shoulder, like the joints is moving and it will lock up which really hurts. I experience this also when playing basketball and I can't even do jumping jack properly.
