Tips:
Don't touch adhesive
Remove backing paper completely before laying ends down
Press ends down with no stretch
Rub all loose edges down
Apply base of third strip on skin (as opposed to on tape); do not tape onto hand

I think this is my fave tennis elbow K-tape video. The only hard part is doing the stretch by myself. Any tips ?
It wasn't this brand, but I taped my elbow for quite a while. It wasn't a cure, but it really did help keep my pain from getting worse. Unfortunately, with age, I have developed a sensitivity to adhesives, so eventually had to stop using it.
