    Are you trying to promote activation or inhibit the extensors? Ok, I think you explained it. Takes the pressure off and assists

    You are the only one here showing flexing- hand up. Why? Everyone else is flexing it downward..

      Great question. The goal of this tape is to support the tendon in order to offload it. If we can position the wrist into flexion, it will shorten the common extensor origin.
      This way, the tape is able to give the most support in the position in which the tendon is used the most.
