    I am doing it from a month but I see my cheeks r becoming more flat which I neverr want ???

      Regular practise of face yoga may help to tone the muscles in the face and this could be a cause, however this does usually take 12 weeks or more to see significant changes.

      Massage ur finger to inside ur mouth u can see the results instantly and immediately but u should do regularly

    Hi I had an unsuccessful facelift 5 years ago, I lost large amounts of volume in my face especially in my cheeks and under my eyes, my cheeks are very sunk in and sagging

      With regular practise it has been said that between 12-20 weeks you can begin to notice a change.

    Danielle I have lost a lot of volume in my face, I have areas on my lower cheeks and around the sides of my lower face that are sunk in, hollow looking!

    It’s a shame in your first exercise u hid wat you were doing with your hands
