      Winner of a video, I've been looking for "facial yoga to reduce wrinkles" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Jenrooklyn Facial Mummification - (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my friend got excellent results with it.

      This was great, I been tryin to find out about "how to make facial muscles firm" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Jenrooklyn Facial Mummification - (search on google ) ? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my neighbour got excellent results with it.

    18 days face exercise,and no amelioration,must be due to my age 73 ,could take longer than a young person?

    Hello mam , I m 28 y old , having wrinkles on my forehead n at laugh lines , also have very dry skin so have wrinkles on my body , but my hands n foot looks so dull n old, like 50 years old woman, pls suggest me yoga or excersie to get rid off it .

      Hi Jenny, I'm not a professional but I think you should do face yoga and massage (with oil for dry skin). Try coconut oil or something recommended by someone. :) Also take a multivitamin and drink lots of water. :)

      I use a dermaroller, and it has really helped. Try a 0.5mm dermaroller once a week. The wrinkles should start diminishing in 3 months or so.

    What does the finger pressure do In the last two exercises?

      Perica Lazic why you people are making advertising for jenrooklyn she is just buying her book in $30 n nothing would be special in it because as a yogi I know about all facial exercises n how they work
