    Hi Brian! You did a great job on that Taco soup. Might I recommend to add a tablespoon of olive oil before blending? That will greatly reduce the foam in your soup, plus it will add a nice richness. 😊

      @@BriansKitchen Thank you for creating the content! I never would've come up with that soup on my own and will be making it again for sure. I'd say for content just do more of what you already are, a nice mix of different meals and the Vitamix content is always good. Didn't notice ingredients/recipes listed in your more info section...would be a good idea to include that for convenience. But anyway great stuff and I like your down to Earth approach to your videos, you're personable and have charisma. See no reason why your channel wouldn't grow, so here's hoping for you. :)

    I have the same issue as you seem to. How to rid of the foam ontop?
    Have you figured this out yet?

    • @BriansKitchen
      @BriansKitchen  6 років тому +1

      Use some olive oil! It works great....or add some avocado to make it creamy.

    • @TrytoCookLikeMum
      @TrytoCookLikeMum 6 років тому +1

      Brian's Kitchen I want to keep it healthy-ish so less salt the better.
      Love the avocado idea so I will try that next time.
      Thank you 😊

      I spoke with Vitamix about the same; I was told to run it slower the last 30~45 seconds to get rid of the foaming. I haven't made anything since, but I trust Vitamix’s support staff knows what they are talking about.

  • @eam1215
    @eam1215 6 років тому +1

    I always hand dry the Vitamix after every use, I find this gets rid of the "foggy" look. I will have to try something like this.

Some people can only say negative things about others. Sad when they have nothing to show for themselves. Why don't you show me how it's done? @BriansKitchen  5 років тому

      Does your ice cream come out too runny or too icie? Thanks for watching!

    • @Winterhater555
      @Winterhater555 5 років тому

      Brian's Kitchen Well it was too runny the last couple of times, so tonight I put more ice in and it was too icy and tasted like cream water. :(

    • @BriansKitchen
      @BriansKitchen  5 років тому

      Haha. What I find works best with Vanilla ice cream is if you freeze cream into your ice cube tray. Then use liquid cream as the non-frozen product and of course add sugar or sweetener and vanilla extract. Remember this ratio: 3:1= 3 parts frozen, 1 part non frozen. Works every time.
