    Hii michelle.really like this video gonna share it with my workout buddies. i really want ur help.i am going to do excerises after a six or seven month.i came to know that their compound and isolated excerise.i wanted to structure my workout plan.but I donot know how to do it.i am thinking for having two upper body ,two lower body and one or two days day .I donot know how to structure a upper body day or lower body day.plus I'm gonna do my workout at home, I have a resistance band.please help I'm very confused.
    Their r so many excerise for biceps triceps and back for upper body day and it makes Me sad that I donot who to choose which one is best for me.im 21 year old with 47 kg weight and my height is 163 cm
