    Todays video is a 20min fitness kickboxing circuit. We have 2 circles which we are going to repeat.
    Work time - 45sec, break - 15sec.
    This workout is perfect for beginners because it doesn't include exercises that are only for advanced kickboxers. It is easy to copy my movements. It is not about how good you are technically, it is about burning calories and having fun!
