I connect both green wires and turn ignition on and the map sensor starts clicking in the engine bay what’s that all about?

its probably testing the sensor, did you connect both black and green ?

Helped me diagnose a fault which is knock sensor. Any idea where it’s located on a gf8 classic import 2000? Thanks

Under the inlet manifold in middle of engine, you should see it, got a single wire plug going to it

Also on the code list it mention knock sensor or circuit under 22. What is circuit? Where is it located? Thanks

Circuit is your wiring to the sensor

Since changed the knock sensor, reset it by connecting black & green plugs and following your instructions. After that was done reconnected the black plug to run the codes and still showing as knock sensor. Any help/advice please

You mentioned its showing circuit so you need to get your wiring checked, maybe drive it steady with both plugs connected then do the reset on the video

Did your car need a new MAF and knock sensor then?

changed Knock sensor yes and cleaned the maf sensor

I did this but the check engine just kept flashing continuously?

was on your engine light on? before you did the test, run me through issues and il try help

@@YKRECREATION no mate it wasn’t turned on. I have rough idling, when I turn it on it’s spot on but when it’s warmed up it’s flickering up and down the revs. It’s been recently mapped by Bob rawle too, he said idle control valve? I cleaned it and it made no change, just wondering if any codes would of come up but nothing.
