I’m experiencing similar problems I changed the pcv valve and now the car is starting first time and then dies within 10 seconds & just cranks i can smell raw fuel it’s throwing up a idle control valve code & not starting any suggestions what I should do I checked coils and spark had some fuel on it put before I changed the pcv valve I took of the throttle body I believe my car is not getting any air ? Any help Would be nice bro

This is not what I have in a 2012 TDI Passat. I don't have the one at the bottom of the radiator. I do have one under the air plenum and to the left of the battery tray below the vacuum pump. If there's 2 I would like to find the 2nd one.

Check interior lights they might not be coming on but the circuit can sometimes drain

Theres a way to do it, I THINK you turn the car off then on the fuse box use a multimeter, and you should see that one of the fuses is drawing current even though the cars off. Then whatever part of the car that fuse is attached to is where the drain is.

Im having a similar issue with ect sensor 2 high circuit. Did a continuity test on its wiring from plug to different points of wiring. Followed it to a plug the connects to sensor in transmission and tested from plug to plug and theres continuity. Could it be that sensor? I also have some active fault codes for transmission.

Just done mine today this doing it from underneath just dont waste ur time way too hard. The way i done it was take the clips of the front grill then take the 2 radiatior brackets off then pull rad back and you can just get you hand in to do the job 2 hours from start to finish it took and thats with dropping the sensor twice and retriving it 😂😂😂

So can you explain why two engine coolant sensors, they must be providing information to two separate systems. One must be the engine ECU is the other for the dash gauge or the radiator fan control Does anyone know the answer to this question,if so please share this information.

Hi, I have a SEAT Leon 2.0 Diesel (2009) and the fan keeps running for about 10-15 minutes every time I switch the engine off. A local garage said it was the engine management sensor but that the sensor alone costs £250. Would this be the same sensor the garage was talking about?

I need help. On my cousins car radiator sensor is stucked on 22° celsius, upper sensor works fine. Problem is the same, fan spinning all the time, only solution is to disconnect the battery. I tested sensor, he was weird with ohms, and i put new, but the problem stayed. And new sensor is stucked on similar temperature. So, when i put probe on brown wire on that sensor connector you hold at 0:38 second, it beeps when i put the other probe on car chasis. If I'm right, that shouldn't beep on ground, because yellow and brown wire should be positive, right?

What weight ratio is the oil 10 w 50 or 5 w 30 ?
