This ashana has big story in my life... When I was school I'm a good at yoga but thik Only one ashana I couldn't do.. One day I went competition with more then 20 school.. I won all level.. At last me and my opposition came final so here are thet story... The management given last one ashana it's name what u are seeing in video so hope u know I lost final game... I'm very disappointed... Very angry and with 2 days I learn very will this ashana ☺

Because somebady says, at the age of 40, - one can do twice a week; and age 5 0 onwards, do only once per week.. Is it so? Also advise, how long can the person stand in Sirasaasan? Important tip: keep your eyes closed while doing this asana. After finishing, lie down in shavasana for 5 minutes. Great video 👍

Because your whole blood accumulates in upper part of body , so it should flow slowly downwards after shirshashana. That's why 5-10 minutes shavasana should be done.
I do 10 minutes shirshashana then 10 minutes shavasana.
Why I feel sudden pain in back and waist next morning or during sleeping time, after doing headstand or shoulder stand?? Is it any side-effect or my body weakness??
It happens because you are not able to engage core and putting pressure on the back

Just remember to center your head.
Be close to a wall for support , not too close cause then you can't kick up.
Make sure you bring your leg as close as you can before your can try to kick your legs up (kicking method worked for me the first day , second day I did it like how she's doing it here)
And kick a few times but make sure you put a lot of effort. Rather than kicking multiple times and making them small kicks

How LONG can you do your own headstand? 30 minutes? 1 hour?
most people can maintain 1 minute. Hence What Load of Benefits is this headstand
bringing? I see no benefit other than an injured neck, two injured arms, skull fracture, sudden blood rush to the head and possibly brain damage arising from this headstand stance.
Headstand looks so dangerous. Saw all those selfies of those obvious show-offs
And how about practising a headstand safely with a pillow resting your inverted head or wearing a motorcycle helmet protecting the skull?
