C-Section Recovery Plan: Workout #1- heal and strengthen your body post C-section, postpartum
Вставка
- Опубліковано 24 січ 2025
- Today’s workout is workout #1 from the C-Section Recovery Plan.
The C-Section Recovery Plan is designed specifically for mamas recovering from a C-Section and are cleared by their doctors to exercise. This plan will heal and strengthen your body post C-Section. The primary focus is on the core, as well as supporting muscles for a full-body workout.
The C-Section Recovery Plan includes 10 workouts, lasting 15 minutes each. The plan builds progressively as you get stronger with each workout.
Make sure to perform the workouts in the designated sequence for best results. I recommend doing this workout 2-3 times within the span of a week or two before moving on to the next workout in the plan.
These workouts are also safe and effective for all postpartum women or anyone recovering from an injury or surgery (so long as you are cleared by your doctor to exercise).
Equipment needed: mat or soft surface
Mat I use: amzn.to/2OOZYPa

Thanks for working out with me!
Lauren ✨
I just woke up with no back pain for the first time in MONTHS. Thank you!!!!!!
I’m so happy to hear that!!❤
This is exactly what I need! My c section was not planned and I’ve felt lost during recovery. This is the perfect compilation and is something I can do! Thank you so much.
I am so glad this has helped you! C section recovery is no joke. Keep up the good work, mama! I am 6 month post my second c section and will be posting more c section workouts to my channel soon! ❤️
@@laurenfitterfitness hey may I know why you undergone c section ?
@@afreenmd6285 I have an odd shaped uterus which made it difficult for my first daughter to get into proper position; she was transverse at delivery. The doctor had trouble getting her out so I ended up with both a horizontal and vertical incision on my uterus. Because of that, I can only have C sections, so my second daughter was also a C section.
@@laurenfitterfitness Ok dear..
I had my first baby 2 weeks ago via c section due to nil liquor . I am really upset with this and worrying about health and upcoming deliveries . Will it effect my health in long term ? If so what should I do to prevent the complications , can I have vaginal delivery next time? How can I prepare myself for that and what diet should I follow now to be healthy and strong . I am 2 weeks post partum via c section
Same here! Thankfully for this!!
thank you for this, Lauren. 6 weeks post c section here, this has brought me so much joy phisically and mentally. it truly is public service for women. cannot thank you enough. ❤
Hi Sara! That makes me so happy to know how much the workouts have helped you. That is what keeps me going! Congratulations on your new little one! ❤
I went to a callisthenics class the other day and realised that I've never truly healed from my c-section which is quite apparent when I'm doing core exercises. So, as silly as it seems (20 years later 😱), its better late than never! 😌Thank you so much for putting this workout together. 🙏🙏🙏 I'm such a "warrior grrrl" when I work out but as I get older, I'm understanding more and more that it is SO important to be kind and gentle to yourself and your body. We need healing, then from a place of healing, we can build strength. -- I really appreciated this 20 minutes today to be kind to my body, thank you!! 🤗
I love that you are doing the work now, it’s never too late to heal your body post c section! Thanks for being here and for the kind feedback! ❤
6 weeks post c section here. Thank you so so much for this workout. Brought so much joy to my day to be able to intentionally move and begin building back my strength! :)
Hi, Danielle! So glad you’re here! Thank you for the kind feedback; I’m so glad the program has helped you in your recovery!🤍
I am 3 weeks post-ectopic removal and so grateful to find a program that allows me to build back strength slowly while honoring my body. For a fitness girlie it has been difficult to just take walks ;) Thank you for being a great resource!
I'm so sorry you had to endure that; I pray you can find healing physically and emotionally. glad I can be a resource for you during this difficult time.
Perfect workout after recovering from a c-section! I'm 11 weeks postpartum and so glad I came across this.
So glad you’ve enjoyed it! 🤍
I’m 1 month post c-section and this is exactly what I needed! I’m a maternal nurse and it is so weird to be on the other side of this for once 😅
Hi, so glad you’re here! Congrats on your new little one! 🤍
This is exactly what I was hoping for but didn't know if I would find. Thank you so much for making these videos Lauren!! My c-section wasn't planned, so recovery has come with a lot of emotions. I'm only on week 1, but feel a little more like myself to be back on the mat. Thank you thank you thank you!
I’m so glad these workout shave been helpful! C-sections are not for the faint of heart; take it slow and listen to your body! Congrats on your new little one! ❤️
Yes! I needed this. I was working out up to 6 weeks pregnant and that was it for me. I was too sick to continue. had c section about 4 months ago and was so scared to start working out again. This was perfect for me. I sweat a storm and feel rejuvenated.
I can understand those challenges! I’m so glad you’re feeling good doing this series!❤
Currently 11 weeks pp as I had an emergency C section after 2 days of labor. When I had my first born, it was normal and 10 years ago so my body was okay right off the bat...so having Csection this time was very physically and emotionally taxing. I felt like my body was so tired to even do any workout at all. Thank you so much for this video. I feel human again. Will continue to follow this until I get to finish the 10 sessions, God willing.
I’m sorry you had to have that birth experience… C-section recovery is grueling, but I’m glad the workouts have helped you!
I'm so happy I found a channel that has videos for C-section mamas! While some exercises are okay to do in most videos, I didn't feel safe and comfortable enough in many postpartum videos, so thank you thank you thank you! 🥰 And the length is just perfect for mamas whose babies are not so patient.
Thank you for the kind feedback; I’m glad you’re enjoying the workouts! 💗
Thank you so much for this!! I’m 6 months post csection and have had a hard time getting moving again. I am so happy to start recovering my muscles again and get back to my pre pregnancy fitness! So grateful!
Absolutely! ❤❤
Thank you for your time on making these workout videos for the mommy's who have had c sections. I am going to start doing these and thanks for doing beginners n more!
Absolutely! So glad you’re enjoying the workouts!❤
Love love love all your postpartum workouts. You really know a woman’s body and what we need!
Thank you so much! ❤️
Thank you thank you thank you! I am fully 4 months post c-section, but went too hard after being cleared to work out and let's just say that was not it. I'm returning now to doing this and a bit of yoga on the days between, and whew. It is nice to work the body without overworking the body. Thank you for your effective, gentle, experience-based approach!
Hi Mia! I’m so glad the workouts have helped you on your recovery. Thank you so much for the kind feedback! 🤍
C section mom here! I need these easy, helpful vids to get me moving again! 😅
Thanks so much, Val! Congrats on your new little one ❤️
Thanks so much for this series!! I’m a year post-emergency c-section. I’ve tried to do more advanced workouts a few times this past year, but every time I try to get back into it, my back starts aching after a few weeks of exercising. So I’m finally going back to basics and working on healing my core first before moving on to more advanced exercises. I’m so excited to work through this series!!
That is a wise decision! Glad you’re here! I would also recommend my Postpartum Ab Program or Lose Your Mommy Pooch plan to focus more on your core, too!❤
I’m currently doing your pp ab series and love how quick the videos are. I can easily fit them into my week. Thank you for making these!
Thank you for the kind feedback! ❤️
I am a little over 6 weeks postpartum and just got cleared to resume activity. I am so excited I found your series having had an h planned C-section myself with my first child. I was active in weightlifting prior to getting pregnant and through about mid second trimester but definitely need this guidance to ease back in and recover. Thank you x100! Excited to start.
Hi! So glad you’re here; congrats are on your new little one! These workouts will be perfect for you. I also have a Postpartum Ab Program on my “playlists” that will be perfect for you-it starts out very gentle and then advances as you get stronger. It’s 12 weeks and designed to heal and strengthen your core. Hope this helps! ❤️
@@laurenfitterfitness hey Lauren just found your channel and I’m curious, I’m 4 months pp of a c section and want to know where to start and with which video. Thanks!
@@saram421 hi, glad you’re here! I’d start with this series. Follow the guidelines in the description of each video. After that, you can move onto my postpartum Ab program and add in some other postpartum workouts (strength, cardio, etc). I have playlists with all these on my channel!
@@laurenfitterfitness I am 10 months old in PP and have DR too. I would like to do a mix of your DR recovery, C-section workouts. Can you suggest me a schedule on which one to begin and how many times per week? Appreciate your response.
@@sabeenaashmi5413 I’d suggest the C section recovery plan first, then my Postpartum Ab Program followed by my Diastasis Recti repair plan. Each has guidelines in the description of the videos for how often to do each workout, etc. any of my other postpartum workouts are DR safe-cardio, HIIT, strength-and can be found on my channel playlists.
Thank you for this!! Not a C section momma but on week 8 post op of my endometriosis removal so thank you!!!
This series is perfect for recovering from surgery! Glad I can be a resource for you ❤
I can’t wait to do this in the morning! 10 weeks post c section, and I finally feel ready!
Thanks, Emily!! Congrats on your new little one ❤️
Am 10 weeks can I start work outs
Thank you for this! I am 6 weeks post c-section and this was my first work out. It was gentle enough that I was able to do everything pain free, but difficult enough to feel I accomplished something. ♥️
I love to hear that-that’s exactly why I made this series. Congratulations!❤
I just want to say thank you for these videos. It has been such a blessing. I had an unplanned c-section with my 1st child. A lot of things I didn't know. I was struggling on how to navigate through my recovery. I'm 4 months pp. I was trying to do too much too soon and realized it was not helping. Now I'm taking my time and trying to get more rest as well. What you said about respectfully rebuilding the body really hit home for me. Thank you!🙂
I’m glad you’re here! Thank you for the kind feedback; I’m so glad this series has helped you! ❤
Thanks for this video , I’m 5 months now after ectopic pregnancy surgery, hope this workout is save for me
I’m so sorry you had to go through that. Sending you ❤. This workout should be perfect for easing back into exercise.
5.5 weeks post C-section and currently weaning from exclusive pumping. I can’t wait to get started with this series and get myself back into a fitness routine after months of being way too sedentary due to horrible pelvic pain throughout my pregnancy
Glad you’re here! ❤
This workout was great eventhough I had my last c section baby 3 years ago.. Ive been working out and doing c section friendly workouts for years since my last delivery... Im excited to do these 10 workouts to help strengthen my abs and all the muscles that were used or harmed ater having 3 csection deliveries.. Thank you love and I love all the knowledge you give during the workout its helpful
Thank you, I’m glad you’re here! It’s never too late to heal ❤
Thank you so much for this workout series. I've lost much of my belly and am so grateful to you
I’m so happy to hear that! Congrats on your progress and hard work! I also have a playlist on my channel with a bunch of c-section workouts for you to try!!❤
! I’m about to be 6 months postpartum and I finally feel capable enough to work out! I tried it when I got cleared at 6 weeks but my body was extremely weak but this is perfect! it doesn’t feel like too much or overwhelming!!!
Good for you for starting, C-section recovery is tough! Love to hear that you’re enjoying it!
I'm about to hit 8 weeks pp and excited to get moving again. Your videos are gonna be my go to.
Thanks KB!!
Thank you for this!! First workout 6 weeks postpartum & it feels so good to move my body without pushing it (:
So glad you are enjoyed it! Congratulations on your new little one! I have an entire playlist of C-section workouts for after you finish this program! ❤
I didn’t take care of myself after c section and my muscles feel so weak even after 4 years. Here I am looking these exercises. Wish I knew the aftercare before.
Hi! Glad you’re here, it’s never too late to heal. 😊I have a whole playlist dedicated to C-section workouts, too!❤
@@laurenfitterfitness thank you. I will check and try to start afresh now.
Its been 3 years for me and its never too late to strengthen those muscles.. You got this love..
Thank you! Im so glad I was able to find this easy to follow routine. The planks were a little challenging but I’ll get there. I’m a year post partum but I haven’t been working out consistently and my core has been weak even before pregnancy. Hoping this will help improve my core strength and tone up my belly❤
Hi! Glad you’re here! It’s definitely never too late to start. This is the best place to begin! After this plan, I recommend my postpartum Ab program to work on healing and strengthening your core!💗
I am 5 month ppd, I have 5 now All C sections . I can’t wait for my second workout tomorrow, thank you!!
Congrats! Glad you’re here!❤
I’m 6 weeks pp with my 4 baby 3rd C-section and I’m loving this work out! It’s helping me keep up with my lifestyle and kids. I always found with my others my back would be killing me after a day of walking. I’m on workout no 5 now one more time and I’ll move to the next video.
Hi Claire! So glad you’re enjoying and benefitting from the program! Congrats on making it halfway and keep up the good work! ❤️
You are helping so many of us keep doing this love you lauren
It’s my pleasure and why I do what I do! Thanks for being here!❤
9 weeks post c section not planned definitely needed this to get back to working out ❤
It is a challenging recovery for sure! Glad this program has helped you!❤
I normally stick to 1 channel following their workout but since I had my fallopian tuber removed 6weeks ago, I really miss working out. I saw your channel and I like your gentle exercises. I was afraid my wound would hurt, but I don't feel any pain at all. Thumbs up!
So glad the workouts have helped you! Thank you!❤
Thank you so much for your c section videos I love them!! They help me and I can fit them while being a working mom too!
So glad you’re enjoying the workouts! More to come!🤍
Just started yesterday 😅 I'm on day 2 and this feels a bit easy for me so I will go to workout 2 next week❤❤❤
Glad you’re here! Yes, you can feel free to move at your own pace!
💗💗💗
Before pregnancy I used to be active but now I’m really lost. Thank you so much 👏🏻
Glad you’re here! It’s a difficult transition to pregnancy/postpartum but be patient and kind to your body ❤
This is perfect. I have been struggling so much with the muscle separation, and I feel stronger doing this after just a few days.
I’m so glad to hear that! Consistency and patience are key! ❤
I'm an extremely athletic person and a dancer, run half marathons, yogini and all that so I don't expect anyone to be like me but at about 3 weeks post op I needed something to do since it's raining out and I can't walk. This workout felt alright to me and thank you so much for putting this on UA-cam! I found your videos from the fitpregnancy reddit board
I understand that! Take it from me: don’t rush your body to return to intense exercise. This plan is perfect for the first several week postpartum! 💗💗
@@laurenfitterfitness just did it again and you're right about that I'm in no hurry to rush things - I want to fully heal. But it's my first time and I didn't realize the c section shelf was a thing :(. does this thing ever go away??
Yes, it does to an extent! There will always be a little scar tissue. Consistency with deep core exercises + time will help! I also highly recommend scar massage and mobility to help reduce tension in your scar. I have a video on how to do this on my channel!
ua-cam.com/video/ygGt7EMeoPY/v-deo.htmlsi=ftBklSaJyTDGFF-s
Curious how you're doing now, 6 months later! I'm 3 weeks pp from a c-section now and definitely antsy to get back to exercise (I was exercising 5 days a week before and throughout pregnancy) but can tell my core strength isn't there yet. The c-section shelf has been a difficult adjustment for me, too!
I loved how gentle on my body yet challenging it was.. super awesome, excited for the journey!
Glad you’re here!❤
Thanks a lot!!!!! I just started today with this video, I love it! I was also feeling lost and down about my physical health after the c-section. Blessings!❤
I’m so glad to hear that! Don’t get discouraged; healing takes time. ❤
I love this! I'm one year pp-also c section. I'm active and in good shape but this just points out how important a set of well chosen exercises is. Thank you so much!
Thank you for the kind feedback! Glad you enjoyed it!❤
17.5 years post c-section here. This is the series I’ve been needing. THANK YOU.
I’m so glad! I also have a playlist of C-section specific workouts on my channel ❤
It feels so good to workout again
Glad you enjoyed it! Lots more workouts for postpartum on my playlists!🤍
6 weeks PP with my 3rd c section in 3 1/2 years. My body feels so weak. Im excited to do this!
Glad you’re here! This will be perfect for you ❤
Thank you for this! As well as explaining everything. I’m also glad you shared how to progress throughout the program! 5 months pp and did not know when are where to start.
I’m so glad you’re enjoying the program and seeing results! I have several playlists dedicated to C-section and postpartum workouts for you to do after you finish this plan!❤
Such a great (specific and needed) workout. I’m over 2 years PP and appreciate this!
Thank you so much!
I will start tomorrow, i had my second c section 6 years ago...i Hope These will Help me!

I thought I was ready for the number two but 😂 I got laying down on the mat extra tired! Thank you!! Looking forward to get till #10 and feel myself ❤
Glad you’re here! Good call; take it slow and don’t rush the process❤
I’m getting into these workouts at about 7 weeks postpartum and they feel great, thanks to the workouts I did pre pregnancy. I tried one of your other videos but I find that this workout #1 is better
Congratulations on your new baby! And glad you are starting out with this program. I have had 2 c sections myself and am 7 months postpartum now, and I swear by these movements for a better revivers! Stay tuned bc I am releasing new postpartum content weekly! ❤️
I’d love to enjoy this journey with you.
@@laurenfitterfitness Is it true that we will get back pain and long term complications me after cesarian?
I had undergone cesarian 2 weeks ago unexpectedly. And I am so sad about what I heard about Cesarian.

Welcome! Glad you’re here!❤️👏🏻
Love your workouts! Keeping this on deck for once my little guy comes!

@@laurenfitterfitness thank you so much! Started today !
Thank you!! I’ve had breast reconstruction after mastectomy using fat from my abdominal area (DIEP flap), as well as some complications requiring another abdominal surgery. (6 months and 3 months ago, respectively.) Someone from my Facebook page mentioned these workouts and I definitely think they will be helpful!
Yes, these workouts would be great for you! ❤
7 months post c section. And now I'm ready to excercise. I had complications, plus moved to a different country and kept getting sick due to climate change. Baby got ill thrice. Whew.
I’m so glad you’re here! Congrats on persevering through those difficult circumstances and making time to focus on yourself! You’ve got this! ❤️
How are you now?? How long before you were fully yourself??
Always killing it Lauren!!

Hello Lauren thanks for your perfectly designed workouts.
I'm currently doing your 12w pp abs workout and I was wondering if I can combine it with these workouts as well.
Thanks
Hi! So glad you’re here! Yes, you can do these programs together-it’s a great combo! You can do both on the same day, or alternate the days. Whatever works for your body and your schedule! Just make sure to take 1-2 days off each week to rest exclusively.
7 weeks post my 3rd c section!
Need to strengthen my core and also want to lose 15kg!!
Glad you’re here! Once you’re finished with this series, I recommend my postpartum Ab program (on my channel playlist) to heal and strengthen your core! I also have a C-section workouts playlist ❤
I really like the work out but some of them aren’t very hip dysplasia friendly and it’s just difficult to do them without hurting my hips. It would be awesome if you could do a video that was pp and hip friendly.
Hi Sierra, that is a great suggestion and I will keep that in mind when creating future content! 💗
Thank you so so much. Please how am I supposed to do this in a day?
Just once per day! I suggest every other day ❤
Awesome video, thanks for the tips!
Thank you so much!

Yay!
After 4 months complete c section i do this excercise
Hi! You can begin as soon as you feel ready and as long as you are cleared for gentle exercise by your medical provider. This program is very gentle and progresses as you get stronger, so it is perfect for easing into exercise again and will help you heal and regain strength as you recover from your C-section. 💗
Ok Lauren I’m trying this series 😊 🔥🔥
It’s a good one! ❤
Thank you for this darling ❤
Love it Lauren!
Thank you, Quincy!
This is great. But should there be ads? I do other workouts in here and the ads only come up at the end.
Hi! I understand not liking the ads… we’re a small production (just me and my husband!) so we need the ad revenue to support the business and keep the workouts free and accessible for everyone. I hope you understand!❤
@@laurenfitterfitness totally. I just thought for certain types of videos you could maybe choose to put them at the end. Didn’t realize there was a cost involved but of course there is. Thanks for the awesome content!
I haven't come out from my guilt yet , doctor said me just wait for 2 or 3 hour but i afraid for normal delivery and pain and i requested them to do c section 😢but now i thought if I would tolerate some pain for some more hours..
Love this!!
Thanks, Alison! ❤️❤️
I’ve come a long way with your other program. I am almost three years pp 😬 can I still repair my dr? Thanks love your videos.
Hi! It’s never too late to start! This ohs one is full body, but I’d you’re looking for one that is specific to core and DR, I have a Postpartum Ab Program… have you done those workouts? It starts out very gentle and then advances as you get stronger. It’s 12 weeks and designed to heal your diastasis recti and strengthen your core. Hope this helps! ❤️
I will start tomorrow
Glad you’re here!
You're awesome. Thank you!

Amazing!!!
Thanks, Clary! 💕
Would you let us know how we should breathe when doing these exercises. For example, am I supposed to inhale or exhale as I lower fkr a squat or any of the other exercises. Thank you.
ua-cam.com/video/CBKJRH81uOc/v-deo.htmlsi=IC9QHn7Zz_bnpNq8
Check out this video for how to use breath work to activate and engage your core! In general, you’ll want to inhale on the concentric/resting phase of each exercise, and exhale and brace your core on the eccentric/working phase of the exercise.
Hi, thanks so much for your workouts. Can I place a pillow underneath my knees when I do the floor work to alleviate knee pain?
Hi! Yes, I’d suggest folding your mat or a blanket just to make sure you are stable and not compromising your form! Or a thin pillow would be ok!
I am almost 6 weeks postpartum and looking forward to starting these workouts. First, your workouts got me through my pregnancy and I am not feeling like a bowl of jelly this postpartum! 😊 Just wondering how to work through this series- do I work straight through them, one right after the other? Or do I stay on one for a few days/week before moving on?
Hi! I’m so glad you benefitted from my workouts during your pregnancy! Congratulations on your new little one! ❤
I suggest doing each workout 2-3 times over the span of 1-2 weeks before advancing to the next workout.
Thank you from Denmark
Glad you enjoyed it!🤍
May you suggest time for these exercises. Can we discuss them at any time of the day or at morning empty stomach?
Any time of day is fine, I would probably not do them right after eating, maybe give it 1-2 hours ❤
You have such helpful videos Lauren!!
Thank you, Brooke! 💕
Thank you for this video! I’m just starting to work out at 6weeks pp. I was wondering if all the exercises in this c-section recovery series are good for diastasis recti? I was told not to do things like crunches or planks, but not sure if there are other movements I should modify
Im glad you’re here! These exercises will promote core healing; especially the spontaneous core healing that happens in the first few months PP. However, you’ll want to do more targeted deep core work after finishing this series. For that, I recommend my Postpartum Ab Program and Lose Your Mommy Pooch plan for healing DR and strengthening your core abs pelvic floor. ❤
Hi, I am so glad I found tour program, you mention wearing spanx to get the belly in. I’m 5 months postpartum, should I wear a belt during this workout?
Hi! Sorry if that was misleading-I was just making a comparison that your deep core muscles are the spanx of the abdominal muscles, lol! I actually don’t recommend shape wear or compression garments during exercise bc they can inhibit your ability to connect to your core. ❤
Has anyone had loose belly skin from pregnancy or a C section? Apron or hanging belly? How did you get rid of it or firm it up?
I have it - just recovered as of 6 weeks. Going to start scar massage now.
Am 4 weeks after c section is good for me to start exercise
Lauren thanks for the video can a women start doing exercise after 3 months of c section while breast feeding
Yes, you can start as soon as you’re cleared for gentle exercise by your medical provider and as soon as you feel ready! And yes, these are all breastfeeding safe-I am a breastfeeding mom myself!
Hi Lauren? Can you please tell me if it's safe to work out with this video if I have diastasis?
Hi! Yes, these workouts are safe for diastasis recti!❤
@@laurenfitterfitness Thank you
Dear Lauren, I started doing this workout today after 6 weeks of my C-section. I lost both my twins due to placental abruption. I hope working out again helps me somehow in this period of grief.
I’m so sorry for your loss. Glad you are here and praying you can find healing emotionally and physically. ❤❤
Hi Lauren, thanks so much for all your videos.. I really enjoy it! I am just entering my second trimester so still focus on your second trimester video… For this C-section exercise, can we use girdles while exercising? And how many days after delivery you would recommend us to start exercising the post C-Section exercise?
Thanks so much!
Hi! You can begin as soon as you feel ready and as long as you are cleared for gentle exercise by your doctor. This program is very gentle and progresses as you get stronger, so it is perfect for easing into exercise again and will help you heal and regain strength as you recover from your C-section. 💗
A belly binder can be helpful the first few weeks post C-section, but they can inhibit convection to your core during exercise and lead to compensations, so I don’t recommend using them during exercise.
Can one do the same after myomectomy. Fibroid surgery
Yes! It’s great for any type of surgery recovery. Just check with your doctor to make sure you are cleared for gentle movement. ❤
Hi 👋🏼 thank you for this content! Started this at 12 weeks PP 😅 I wanted to ask, by following this 10+ week programme will it not only strengthen and heal, but help shift some pounds and inches? Or should I incorporate some extra waist/core/tummy work outs to help with that? I have about a stone to go until I’m back at pre pregnancy weight and it’s mostly all my tummy/muffins that I really want gone. Thank you! X
Hi! This program is not designed for weight loss, more so recovery and rehab post surgery. But, you may notice some weight loss. If you want more after you’ve completed the program, I suggest my postpartum strength, cardio and HIIT workouts. I have different playlists with a variety of options for you to choose from!❤
Thanks alot for c section exercises....these exercises are for recovery i also want some workout that will lose my postpartum weight plzzz help me am at 90 kg
Hi! Weight loss is mainly attributable to a calorie deficit. Strength training helps aid in weight loss by building muscle/lean body mass. I suggest any of my strength workout on my “postpartum strength” playlist! I also have a nutrition guide here if you are looking for guidance in that area. ❤ laurenfitter.com/programs
