    Hi Miss Mizi, thank you for your wonderful workouts, your videos are one of the reasons why I reached my goal weight this 2023. I have lupus and my weight is around 72kgs last year, this year it's now down to 56kgs. My rheumatologist told me last week that I'm now in remission and my immune system is doing great. So, thank you very much. Please never get tired of doing workout videos, it really helps a lot. More power! ❤

    I've done 4 different workouts! I see my results! Its been two weeks now! Just changing what I eat too! I feel a lot better! I'm 52 and I can do all of the workouts! Thank you!!!😘😘😘😘

    진짜 언니 유튜브를 우연찮게 봤는데 ,, 지금 제 운동 책임지고 계셔요ㅠㅠㅠ 어릴때 홈트 잘못해서 무릎이 안좋아 무리되는 동작들은 힘든데 미지님꺼는 설명이 없어도 무릎에 무리가 덜가고 노래 한곡한곡 너무 좋고 시간도 잘가고 땀은 무지막지하게 나고 ,, 너무 좋아요 퇴근하면 무슨 운동을 할까 아침에는 무슨 운동을 하지 ? 이런 기분 오랜만이예요 정말 감사합니다 :) 9월에 웨딩촬영 하는데 꾸준히 나아가볼께요 💗

      I thought it was important to have it translated. I'll never be able to read Korean.
      I accidentally watched unnie's UA-cam, but she's in charge of my workout right now. I have bad knees because I made a mistake when I was young, so it's hard to do forced movements, but Miji-nim's ones don't put too much strain on my knees even without an explanation, and each song is so good and the time goes by. I sweat profusely,, I love it What kind of exercise do you do after work? What kind of exercise do you do in the morning? It's been a long time since I've felt like this. Thank you so much :) I'm going to shoot a wedding in September, and I'll keep moving forward.

    I am enjoying Mizi's workout tremendously. I only recently discovered her, and I'm a fan for life. The music is also great. This type of workout had not been my 'go-to', in the past, but I'm definitely addicted now.
    May I have the music list please. All the songs are just great. I'm way off from your hemisphere, but I'm truly enjoying the music.

    오오 미지쌤 영상중에 서서하는 복근운동이랑 플랭크운동 동영상 보면서 8kg정도 뺐었는데
    아주 효과가 좋았어요. 일이 생기면서 운동을 좀 쉬게 되었는데 이번 운동 영상으로 다시 한번
