I just did finished it and i am sweating like never before. After 20mins in i almost gave up but i told myself to do it little more and more and finally finished it without giving up. I burned 502 calories with this workout. Felt so good and proud of myself. To my yt friends who are working out don't give up and continue doing it. You will eventually reach your goal. Fighting!💪

와..이 운동 미쳤습니당! 30분정도에 포기 할려고 했는데 중간중간에 쉬운 동작 들어가 있어서 포기안하고 잘 운동할수 있었습니당!! 그리고 한번했는데 땀이폭포처럼내리고 죽을뻔했습니당😢 근데 이 운동하고 몸무게 쟀는데 70에서69로 1키로가 바로 빠져가지고 매일 할 예정이에요!효과 직빵입니당❤ 다들 꼭 한번은 해보세요! good 👍

첫날엔 별로 어렵지 않게 따라했는데 이튿날부터 4~5일동안 뒷벅지와 안벅지 근육이 너~무 아팠어요. 어!!어렵지 않은데 운동이되고 땀도 나고 층간소음도 걱정없어서 시간대 상관없이 열심히 하고 있어요.
보자마자 일단 구독! 49%와 86%일 때 고비만 넘기면 됩니다. 함께 하는 분들 모두 홧팅!
