On Day 2 now. Why is it the exercises seem so simple, but then you're on Round 3 and feeling like dying?! LOL. Round 4 had me seeing stars!! But I made it...and I hope you guys do too!!

@@azlinaidris9379 I’m also in a lockdown right now and because of the current global complications my anxiety is worse than usual and I often find myself comfort eating, don’t get me wrong I’m not fat but just a bit bigger than usual, I’m currently eight and a half stone which is larger for me than usual, so these workouts make me feel so much better.
After a year of multiple attempts at trying different workouts (from Chloe Ting to Lilly Sabri), I found myself coming back to MrandMrsMuscle. I just finished this WHOLE workout (I could never go past round 2) and I am feeling so proud of myself. Guys, build muscle does not have to be hard (I used to feel it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Look for a diet plan called Okibetonic Secrets. Seriously, that program has transformed my entire life. I probably shouldn't even be mentioning it because I do not want a bunch of other folks out there running the same "game" but whatever, I'm in a good mood today so I'll share the wealth haha.
Your workouts are so simple, hit the right spots and quick. Love them.... Being a doctor with very less time at my hands, they are a go to for me. I think I can safely say that I can workout 6 days a week following your playlists. Thank you for existing!

I'm doing a walking and water challenge, this is the 3rd week so I started Day 1 yesterday of this challenge and just completed Day 2. I’ve never done continuous workouts past 1 month because I get bored of the repeated exercises so I haven’t worked out in a while. I need to lose some weight so I started this challenge. Idk if I’ll keep it up but I’m at day 2 now and I hope I continue to do this. I don’t have a workout routine or a way to lose weight except for exercises 😅so I’m just doing this daily. I’m happy the exercises are different for each video. It’ll prevent me from getting bored and make me more motivated. I believe I can do it. I’ll just keep trying

Hi i have been doing exercise for my injured leg through the workouts on youtube. I also tried with the coach. But somehow i couldnt get through. I did the exercise well. But he instructed me to sustain for 5 hours gap between the wakeup time without drinking or eating any Which i couldnt. He helped me to rehab my leg and its better day by day. I greatly appreciated your workouts and its less intensivity. Help me or suggest me the diet chart for me and some great abs workout as well.
Day 2 done. I did substitute the high kicks with jumping high kicks and butt kicks with jumping butt kicks. Also did jumping mountain climbers as wanted it a bit higher impact. Looking forward to day 3 Tomorrow!

Day 2 done and dusted. Seems simple but ..... glad I was able to push through to the end. I think taking some walk before the exercise helped quite a lot.

Day 2 done and dusted. Seems simple but ..... glad I was able to push through to the end. I think taking some walk before the exercise helped quite a lot.
