On Day 2 now. Why is it the exercises seem so simple, but then you're on Round 3 and feeling like dying?! LOL. Round 4 had me seeing stars!! But I made it...and I hope you guys do too!!

@@godsdaughter3158 hi, yes, I did complete the 14 days. No six pack (yet) but I did lose a few inches of my waist and thighs. Also I feel much stronger...the last few days, I could do the whole video without having to stop for a breather. Hope you do great too!!

@@azlinaidris9379 I’m also in a lockdown right now and because of the current global complications my anxiety is worse than usual and I often find myself comfort eating, don’t get me wrong I’m not fat but just a bit bigger than usual, I’m currently eight and a half stone which is larger for me than usual, so these workouts make me feel so much better.

After a year of multiple attempts at trying different workouts (from Chloe Ting to Lilly Sabri), I found myself coming back to MrandMrsMuscle. I just finished this WHOLE workout (I could never go past round 2) and I am feeling so proud of myself. High-five to anyone who has overcome the same obstacle, and for those who haven’t I promise you will be able to. Just push yourself a little every workout. 🥳 Can’t wait to finish this series!

Jesus... I totally hated the HIIT workouts. Totally. After I found out about you guys, I just want to say that I can’t call it a day without one or two of your workouts, it’s like my body is screaming “Scroll to that channel and pick something already!” You guys are simply the best. I never get bored of your workouts, there are so different!

So true when I did day one and I saw the simple moves, I was like oh this is easy I got this, when she said one more round I was like oh Lord when will this be over 😂😂😂😩😩 hire many exercises did we do?
Guys, build muscle does not have to be hard (I used to feel it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Look for a diet plan called Okibetonic Secrets. Seriously, that program has transformed my entire life. I probably shouldn't even be mentioning it because I do not want a bunch of other folks out there running the same "game" but whatever, I'm in a good mood today so I'll share the wealth haha.
I just found this on UA-cam and this was GREAT. I LOVE that you don't talk to us the whole time, the music was great, the beeps let me do the workout without having to constantly look at the screen. So excited! Hopefully, I can start to look like you soon. Thank you.

Day 2 done!! Girl just when round 2 is done I'm wondering when it will be over lol I'm used to doing your 10min calendar videos but I'm really enjoying these. They're longer and I like how they seem to be going slower not like full on going crazy high impact fast stuff. Keep em coming! I cannot wait to finish the full 14 days. I have carpal tunnel and anytime I see an exercise I can’t do yet, I pick from the previous video or repeat one I learned from todays video! I’ve been wanting to do this series for years! Day 2 is done!

I'm doing a walking and water challenge, this is the 3rd week so I started Day 1 yesterday of this challenge and just completed Day 2. This 14 day challenge will go well with these last 14 days of my challenge. Thank you for this. Praying that I see great results by doing this, incorporating my other workouts and eating healthier!

Found out I'm an endomorph(sp)....basically long workouts aren't good for my body type. Quick HIIT workouts are best for me....you guys give me just what I need!!!!😍

DAY 2!! For some reasons it was a killer for me but completed it somehow . Took a 3-4 minute rest between round 2 and round 3 to regain energy . Loved it ❤ . Looking forward for end results ❤

I’ve never done continuous workouts past 1 month because I get bored of the repeated exercises so I haven’t worked out in a while. I need to lose some weight so I started this challenge. Idk if I’ll keep it up but I’m at day 2 now and I hope I continue to do this. I don’t have a workout routine or a way to lose weight except for exercises 😅so I’m just doing this daily. I’m happy the exercises are different for each video. It’ll prevent me from getting bored and make me more motivated. I believe I can do it. I’ll just keep trying

Done! I found on the half way that this is not only a challenge physically but also mentally. Simple but still sweating.

I did substitute the high kicks with jumping high kicks and butt kicks with jumping butt kicks. Also did jumping mountain climbers as wanted it a bit higher impact.

Hi i have been doing exercise for my injured leg through the workouts on youtube. I also tried with the coach. But somehow i couldnt get through. I did the exercise well. But he instructed me to sustain for 5 hours gap between the wakeup time without drinking or eating any Which i couldnt. He helped me to rehab my leg and its better day by day.
I greatly appreciated your workouts and its less intensivity. Help me or suggest me the diet chart for me and some great abs workout as well.
