    I wanted to add my results to this page so people who are checking it out for the first time can know it works if you stick with it!
    I just finished doing this series 2 times in a row over the last month. I've lost 10 pounds and 2 inches from my waist.
    I started the videos after losing nearly 40 pounds and hitting a plateau. One reason I chose this series is because I wanted to work on trimming my belly. While doing the videos, I followed a healthy diet, drank a lot of water, and also walked at least 10,000 steps per day.

      Is that a lot? It don’t seem like very much and I be getting discouraged cuz I feel like I could be on a machine for an hour and it says I burned like 20 calories but like food has hundreds…how am I supposed to burn enough calories to create a deficit if it takes all day 😭😭😭

    Just got done with the first workout of 2025! I’m going to push myself and honestly do this everyday for as long as I can. I’m 17 and I weigh 170, I’m 5’6 and I have been very self conscious of my body, I want to get in shape to make myself feel better! I did 3 sets of everything and I feel tired! I decided that tomorrow I’ll do the whole video! I can’t wait to do it everyday, I know the results will be slow but I’m willing to put in the effort! Good luck everyone, I’ll keep yall updated!

    Thank you so much! I just finished day 14!! Granted, I only did 2 sets instead of 4 every day, but that's what was accessible to me with my current physique. I tried this challenge several times before and would always give up on day 3-4 because it was too much and I couldn't finish it.
    Just writing this in case someone feels the same and is ready to give up - just do fewer sets every day. Listen to your body - it should be challenging but not impossible. I still feel stronger after the challenge and more energized every morning!

    5’1” at 220 lbs - i have creaky knees and wrists that cant hold much weight for long. I am tired of being this heavy (this is my heaviest). I’ve seen your instagram feed and I’ve seen your videos and am excited for this!!
    I still need to be educated on when it comes down to nutrition. I finally learned to cook brown rice correctly. I just need help with learning to love veggies as much as I love jasmine rice.

      Update! So I did the sets and I gotta say- the burpees were a bit difficult so the last set i did slow paced high knees just to keep warm. I sweat a lot and am ready for day two in the afternoon :D

    Actually now is the hardest time cause recently my fiancé broke up with me, I lost my job and I’m starting over right now. So I hope I’ll get through this shit and end up hotter than ever 💪💪💪
    UPDATE:
    I did 5 days in a row then had break for 5 day cause of period cramps 🥹
    I thought I gave up after such a big break but no! Today I did day 6!
    So I’m keeping doing it! I feel great after each work out, so energised and motivated to do anything!

      You can do this, just know that progress is not always an uphill stroll, if you fail it's ok and normal, just don't stay down when you fall down, and don't give up, hope you have a wonderful day

    This is the first workout I can say that I actually enjoyed giving my 100% to do. I'm 253 lb with a bad knee, this workout was hard work but didn't put a lot of pressure on my knees. Thank you for making these low impact videos. Day 2 hear I come

    Started this challenge 2 weeks ago and finished yesterday. I definitely seen results after only 14 days of doing this workout. I also started intermittent fasting. I can't bekeive how many inches I lost in only 14 days and today I started the 30 day challenge and will be doing the 14 day challenge over again. Thank you for these workouts, it's awesome!!

    Today is my start day, after a Christmas all inclusive vacation my jeans are really tight 🙈 my current philosophy is what can I do for my body to show a gratitude?     Finally got to do this today. This is perfect for getting out of that workout rut!Love that although it was low impact, it made me sweat. Music was good too and I love how the trainer doesn't talk. Yknow the annoying things trainers say.. "you got this!" "go lower!" "almost there!" "feel that burn".. 😅

    Am I the only child who's doing this exercise? I am insecure about my weight and I'm scared if people call me fat or overweight, and when I found this video, I was so happy that I lost so much weight in one day! It went down until to 39.55kg weight. I'm going to do this exercise everyday until I lost many weight, so thank you so much! (I know this video is old but I just wanna say it)

    Going to do this again for a second time in a row! I love how Feb has 28 days this year which makes it PERFECT to do all month!
    I love how after each workout I feel stronger, faster, & my mind feels amazing.
    Absolutely LOVE these workouts.

    Day 1- Done ✅ (57.15 kg)
    Day 2- Done ✅ (56.60kg)
    My weight keeps fluctuating between 56-58 kg
    Day 3- Done ✅ (57.15kg)

    Hypermobility often throws a wrench in my workout plans, but not anymore! Your modified exercises in this video are an absolute revelation - I'm actually keeping up and loving it! This newfound confidence has me fired up to crush this 14-day challenge. Half-burpees and planks are no joke, but when I need a breather, I swap them for some killer stepping jacks, squats, or high knees. No skipping out, just smart adjustments and a whole lot of progress. Feeling amazing about finally making this positive shift! 💪💪💪💪

    Wow, wow, wow! This was exactly what I needed. I started off in the worst mood, and ended up feeling amazing. Sweat just poured. Went I got to round 4 I didn’t think I was going to be able to make it through, but I took a small break, put water on my face and kept going. So grateful to have found this. Day one done! Will be back tomorrow for day two!

    I started my workout plan today got up at 5 and just couldn't stop thinking of how heavy I've gotten how uncomfortable I am so I chose this workout because it was a plan for 14 days. I loved it it got my heart rate going I was sweating without being exhausted it was a great mix between standing and lying and up and downs I am motivated to do the rest. thank you for posting this plan I appreciate it and will comment with my results

    I used to be fit but then I had a heart attack and got diagnosed with Myocarditis at 20 and now I'm unfit. I've also come to realize I can't excersise normally like regular people without my chest feeling agitated and at some points even starting to hurt. But this workout is amazing for me and doesn't cause any discomfort on my heart.

    Started this challenge today. Was been procrastinating since 1st jan, finally started it today.
    Day 1 complete!! Was feeling exhausted after round 2, took 5mins break and finished 2 more rounds. Hopefully will complete the challenge!!
    Day 2 complete!! Was feeling sore after yesterday's workout as I'm a beginner, but still motivated myself to complete all 4 rounds. Actually it felt short today. But the sore increased after day 2 around the arm and thigh area.

    I'm using this comment to keep track. My goals are to feel stronger and tone my abdomen.
    (18/09 Fri) Day 1: ✅ workout felt good to start of with. It wasn't too strenuous.
    (19/09 Sat) Day 2: ✅ I felt lazy to do the workout today but I forced myself to do so around 10pm and its was a bit of a sweaty-er one. But its done. I'm glad🌼
    (20/09 Sun) Day 3: ✅
    (21/09 Mon) Day 4: ❌ didn't do it because I had two semester tests and I wasn't prepared for them, so my day revolved around cramming 😶

    (22/09 Tue) Day 4 + 5: almost there day 4 ✔ day 5 pending😅 I'm mid way through it and I'm taking a longer break. Honestly part of me is tempted to just sleep however I will complete it then shower. Doing 2 days in one is a sweaty ordeal.

    Day 1 ✔️✔️✔️ So I did only 3 rounds today and was completely exhausted. But I will be consistent.
    Day 2 ✔️✔️✔️ I did 5 rounds . I was drenched in sweat but felt very good. I am hoping to smash this 14 days challenge 💪💪.
    ⭐For 2 days I was having fever so couldn't do it.
    Day 3 ✔️✔️✔️ I did 4 rounds. I was sweating badly even in winters.🥵 Overall I felt more energetic after it.

      After the third round I was DONE I saw it was a 4th round i almost fainted but I did it... i finished slow but I finished .. i was not quitting

    I’m now on day 9 and if anyone is contemplating on doing this program I highly recommend it. I had a baby 9 months ago and during the pregnancy I gained 60 lbs. Obviously I lost a lot of that once I gave birth but for the first time in my life my stomach was not flat anymore I had lots of belly fat and looser skin. I tried exhausting workouts like Chloe Ting videos but coudnt keep up, its like pregnancy made my endurance so weak. I had quit working out when I found her videos and it has made all the difference. This combined with eating clean my stomach has slimmed down SOOOO MUCH and I’m even regaining my strength back. I highly recommend you try her videos ! I even wore a crop top and high waisted leggings for the first time in a year in a half and felt very confident. I’m not finished yet reaching my goals and breaking out that bikini but I will only being doing her videos from here on out. Good luck to everyone! 💜

    day1: it is really effective, you start to feel your muscles, and all the exercises are great, i like that there is many rounds so you can properly master exercises, the very hard for me was a plank)

    I started yesterday (accidentally did Day 4) I'm a First time mom of a now 1 year old. I bought a 30 day fit challenge back in April and unfortunately I failed. The workouts were 1 hour long with too much talking in between and before, didn't work for me. I need quick 30 min or less so I can do it while my baby naps or plays. Thank you so much for doing these amazing quick workouts! I've been consistent for 5 weeks now thanks to your workouts! So I'm now going to commit to this 14 days challenge.
    My goal is to feel good, look good & get back to my pre baby weight!

    I am so glad I clicked on this video. I’ve wanted to reduce my belly and waist size but couldn’t find the right routine. But after watching this video I knew I had found the right exercise routine!
    My progress after five days: No visible changes but I can feel the ache in my muscles which means it’s working!🎉

    I have issues with dizziness and chronic pain and low intensity is perfect for me! The intensity of some workouts really scared me away from fitness, so having something that I can actually do and have time to rest if I get dizzy, is great!

    Hi everyone, I woke up at 4am for some reason this morning …. And searching for how to get rid of my belly, and I stumbled to this clip. So I just did the first round, 2 more to go. It’s not easy, I have to watch over couple times, slow down .5 to watch, pause …. In order to do it along correctly. It’s some sweat and pain but worth it. Hanging in there. See you tomorrow 🙂🌻🙏🏻

    I've lost 106 lbs during the last 3 years. I'm down to a healthy weight now, but there are still a few extra pounds to lose around the belly area. I'll definitely integrate these exercises into my daily routine.

      its been 6 days i think, and its going really well! ive lost an inch off my waist and i enjoy coming home each day to workout now! im making sure to drink lots of water and eat as clean as possible 😊💕

      @ i haven’t really noticed any difference in my body yet but i can tell you that i already feel stronger and more energetic than before. p.s. thank you! you’ve got this but just remember to eat chicken and stay hydrated, also before you start exercising you should eat 🍌.

    just completed the first day. In the past, I have only done 6-8 minute workouts so this one was really hard for me. I struggle with not giving up once I'm tired so pushing through this entire workout was difficult. I can definitely tell my legs are going to be sore tomorrow but I'm not giving up till I reach my goal
