I know she posted this a few months ago but i just found this page last weekend and decided to add this 14 day challenge in with the end of my last two weeks of my walking/jogging/workout and water challenge. Day 6 complete, now to finish my run and work on my strength on this pull up bar! Abs and upper body strength are my weaknesses so those are one of my focus areas as well as nutrition and water. I'm out of green tea but will be picking up some more today. Have a Blessed weekend everyone.

100% you will. Just know that every day wont always feel great and that’s ok. Feel what you need to feel and keep moving. You showing up for yourself is always a win. You are doing such a great job. ❤️😘
Day 1 done Day 2 done Day 3 done - arm day. i enjoyed the last 2 days workout more~! Day 4 done - so much easier than yesterday! almost skipped today but i did not. see you guys tomorrow on day 5! Day5 done - literally just cried because of the stress to lose weight before this workout, and still i finished it. the t raise got me shaking out of breath. will update tomorrow. keep moving forwards guys! Day 6 done - the bicycle kick seems easier today. good sign! my core is not strong enough to have my legs low like hers during the scissors kick, but i did not skip it!! Let's go day 7!!!
When I lived in Japan, everyone always drank green tea after a meal and there was a dedicated person (usually an elderly woman) who have out tea in the mornings at my place of work. For the drinking of green tea after a meal, i was told that it helped with digestion. I must admit i always felt lighter after drinking green tea. Usually, i felt heavy even if i ate only a little.

My thigh hurts so bad buh I guess it’s because I don’t exercise. Can I use a pain relief or is going to go. I hope I will be able to finish it all. Love from Nigeria🇳🇬
Day 6 ~ DONE!! Total lost for week #1: Bust down 1", Arms up 1/4", Waist down 1", Hips down 1", Legs down 1/4", wt. down .6 oz ~ Although my weight did not go down like I was expecting, I still lost over all with the inches. And even though my arms went up, they look much better, no more dimple on my tri-cep. And this week I will cut back on the quantity with my meals and add more smaller "snack" items in-between (olives, nuts, vegies, fruits).
Day 6 Yippee, thank you so much for these videos, I do them first thing in the morning to kick start my day. I have been raving about how good they are and I'm starting to see results. So much so I have been forwarding them to my friends and family. Keep up the fantastic work. Your doing great!! 👏
It took me 30-35 mins to complete this exercise but yes i completed. After 2 rounds i decided to not continue and had a walk then again started and completed the whole exercise.
At first when I did round 1 I was like "that's it? My girl is going light in us today" But half way through round 2 I could have literally bitten my tongue off. It's the subtle movements that get me everytime. It's not always about the jump and prance for cardio especially for persons who may have knee and ankle problems. I always get a good workout no matter which video I watch. That's why I recommend this channel to anyone.

Today is my rest day but tomorrow I will catch up doing the day 6 in the morning and day 7 in evening. I do it daily and so far the most difficult day for me was day 3. Thank you for posting these routines.

Made it to day 6!!! Loving these workouts! I have bad wrists in one bad knee and I really like the modifications. It's a really fun workout that Inlook forward to. I want to do this over and over after the 14 days it's a perfect amount for every day.
Taking a halfway point break here, i gotta say, when i started i thought cardio would be the hardest and upper body would be the easiest, but so fat im better at lower body and cardio is a bit easier after a few days
I know the workouts progressively get herder but something about Day 6 hit different! ( I started the challenge a couple days late)Talk about sweating buckets! Love this challenge!!!! Thank you so much!
Day 6 done after two days of rest 🙌🏾. The only issue I ran into was stiff neck doing the crunches. Any tips on how to help my neck build endurance is much appreciated
Haven’t seen any results yet but I feel like these workouts make me more disciplined even tho I always want to quit then I think of myself in the future and how satisfied I’ll be if I keep these on so I’m more determined 😂
Well done for completing day 6. Don’t worry if you don’t do more reps then I did. You will do more in time, every workout is you getting stronger, fitter and adapting so don’t forget about those changes that are happening. With the scissor kicks try raising your legs a little, tuck in your pelvis and deep breath thought the motion. This should help you ground your shoulders and connect with your core. Honestly felt too tired to do this and was tempted to skip today, but I pushed thru and added jumps to my first and only round for today. Even though I didn't finish it, I'm glad I got to move even for a bit 💦
