I'm going to try this with zerchers squats. you have to live it. ahhhhh
People actually do these. Clean the barbell off the floor and whip it up into your arms (Zercher catch/clean).
my only concern is my skin or I would be doing them too, I do zerchers off blocks with 120kg and it's already irritating me a bit so I am saving my elbows for maximal effort days@@SwoleTown
My understanding is the maximum activation threshold for the Fast Twitch muscle fibers has to do with the Fight or Flight response, so this makes sense, once there's enough of a resistance to make a reasonable challenge. Will give this a shot.
