Introduction to Neurotyping - The Type 1B Profile
Вставка
- Опубліковано 4 лют 2019
- Neural optimization supersedes hormonal optimization because the neural response affects the hormonal response. This is essentially the founding principle and inspiration behind Christian Thibaudeau’s Neurological and Physical Typing System. In this capsule, Chris introduces the Type 1B profile.

This should have 1 million views !!
One of the best in the industry
Thanks for all your free content.
Took test, I'm a 1B and this is DEFINITELY describing me
Why his subscribers are not increasing . This guy deserves more. Lets make him famous guys
This guy is a genius. Thank you.
Thib is amazing. Love this guy
This is the same stuff Charles Poliquin talked about for years with the Braverman test etc.
Mind blowing! I'm 3-1B
George Foreman 1a
Mike Tyson 1b
Is this based on the leverages you are born with or can you do things to alter your approach to strength training and develop 1b efficiency and speed as a 1a individual?
@@yanwain9454 Absolutely and George even said it would happen that way for Tyson word for word.
@@yanwain9454 If Tyson wasn't so damn explosive and fast I would almost think he was type 2 from how insecure he was, but then again he suffered a massive amount of early trauma and it takes a lot of confidence to be that honest.
Thats a really good example
Hi, I think you've made a mistake in the begining:
"Now, the 1A, the one word that describes them is explosiveness, they are built to move aggressively move fast, use the stretch reflex, try to accelerate the weight."
but in the first video (about 1A) you tell that 1A can't use the stretch reflex and their word is intensity.
"So type 1A, the word that describes them is intensity."
No, the 1B is alot like the 1A but the 1A is not like the 1B ....
It's based on dopamine ,1A are all dopamine
1B is 1/2 dopamine 1/2 acetylcholine
Why they are good at strength , but can handle more volume
Yeah, he fucked up. He ment that 1b is explosive and 1a are neuro dominant too but they are slow
ya, i caught that too. he meant to say 1b instead of 1a. he got a lil ahead of himself. i do that too sometimes,,,,, maybe a lot more than sometimes. lol.
I notice that training oly lifts makes me stronger and more muscular, even whit a very low volume. My suspicious is that there is a neurological component that makes me more muscular.
when your fiber type is oposite to your neuro type
Est ce que le bras de fer sportif est + pour le 1a ou le 1b ?
What’s the name of the logo on your sweatshirt?
Onnit Academy ;)
I think the reason they don't cheat on compound lifts is more because you *can't* cheat on compound lifts.
Use legs when over head pressing, lift butt off seat when bench pressing, use lower back when bent rowing, ect, ect, ect.
I'm a 1B and finding out about the neurotypes from Christian has revolutionized my training. I even made a whole workout video doing a 1B workout, check it out on my channel!
If we are a mixt of 1b and 3 how we train ?
lmao i thought this was about neurotypes like "autistic" or "allistic" why are there so many muscular men lol /lh
