Many solo career songs are better in Genesis... atleast for me, the band doesn't seem to think that.... but maybe because i'm a Genesis fan first and foremost lol
I low-key wish they played this song in 1986 because Tony Banks's synths during the Invisible Touch tour would have been even better, if you've listened to Land of Confusion at Inglewood and NYC.

"This is the only time that Genesis did that, not the only reunion, but the only time they played something from PGs catalogue. Peter sang Genesis songs in his first tours, then in a handful of Genesis reunions" Which other reunions did Peter sing with Genesis? This is the only one I've heard of. But I haven't followed that as carefully.
My memory is a bit rusty even though i should go back in this subject, Peter did come back to Genesis usually for interviews, but also for when Genesis had achievements, when they were mixing some songs, and sometimes singing, besides this 1982 reunion, there was a reading festival where he sang with Phil a Genesis song, and another time in 1978 were he came on stage to sing with Phil during a Genesis song, granted this one is very hard to hear in the available recording as it was mono and Phil's voice gets mixed with Peter.
DON'T YOU SAY???? I'm just kidding, at this point i already know that people will NEVER read the description, even though they can be as important as the video itself.
Tony gets his revenge playing this one, Peter always said he hated doing "I know what I like" because of Tony's repetitive and simplistic chorus. The keys are just perfect on this, but you have to admit they are equally repetitive and simplistic on this song.
