I love how your verbal cues have improved over time and I realized during suriah b ( if that's how it's spelled) that your rhythm has changed too and I wasn't used to it. A great work out. this is a great class., i love that the pace is easy to keep up with, and the commentary so clear that i don't need to crane my neck to see what you're doing in the video (but that the video is there in case i get distracted). thanks so much!

This really made my day! I feel incredibly good afterwards and loved the calming tone of it :) Will check out your channel now!

I found myself a little distracted in this particular video though because the pacing of the verbal cues was a bit faster than the pacing of the poses in the video. Normally I don't really look at the screen, but just listening I felt like I was having a hard time making it through the sequence at the rate you called it out. Then I would look up at the video and see that you were physically a pose behind the cues and I was doing fine . Just something to keep in mind when you film voice and video separately!

I am so happy I FINALLY DID THIS YOGA FLOW I HAVE HAD NO N MY EATCH LATER LIST FOR AT LEAST A MONTH...several of yours actually. I am subscribe no. My hamstrings and shoulders are 30% less flexible than the average personality n by medical standards and so I have to have very warm flows for my muscles to even THINK about releasing a little. This was amazing....basic moves, that made me sweat. I did do an 8 min cardio HIIT ahead of this to help me warm up and was able to keep up then.

I always feel like your classes are very well paced, and that I get a good workout without having to drive in traffic to my yoga studio. I have a special request to ask of you. Could you PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do a long (45 min or 1 hour) class that does not use the wrists much? I have an injury in my wrist and can't bear a lot of weight on it. I think a lot of people who do yoga sometimes want to give their wrists a break and would appreciate the video if you do it. I'd really love it if you could have one that was like a powerful flow, maybe include things like warriors, forearm planks and forearms side planks, eagle, half moon etc? I would so appreciate it! Thanks so much for your consideration. You would really help people with achy wrists keep doing yoga while giving wrists a break.
