  • This 30 minute advanced yoga workout video is a perfect daily yoga practice for yogis looking to recharge, build strength, balance and flexibility. This yoga class has an emphasis on upper back and shoulder opening, and includes plenty of cardio, standing poses, yoga flow, and peak poses camel (ustrasana), bow (danurasana) and wheel (urdvha danurasana).
    Veteran teacher Michelle Goldstein of Heart Alchemy Yoga in Los Angeles, California, brings a simple practicality to her instruction that provides a safe and easy to understand Yoga flow program.
    This yoga flow workout is intended to help improve strength, flexibility, stamina, range of motion, breath capacity and relaxation.
    About Michelle Goldstein: Michelle has maintained a daily yoga practice for 15 years. A protégée of renowned Yoga teacher, Bryan Kest of Santa Monica Power Yoga, Michelle has been teaching yoga flow and meditation for 8 years.
    Michelle leads workshops, immersions & retreats worldwide as well as teaching at Santa Monica Power Yoga, Yogaraj & Equinox Fitness Clubs.
    Known for her creative vinyasas (sequences of yoga asana) and pranayama, Michelle Goldsteins teaching integrates influences from various forms of movement and meditation set to powerfully inspiring backdrops of music.

    I'm moving this to the top of my yoga playlist.Yep, that good. It's got everything I need in under an hour. I had a hard time getting a grip on my sweaty ankle in chapasana! I sweat a lot and am feeling great now. Thanks.

    modified version of true yoga techniques. Any way controlled and rhythmic breathing will do good to all yoga students.A good demo.

    Look at me feeling like a kid in a candy store with your videos! I thoroughly enjoyed this one, and I'm quite proud of myself for being able to do all the poses except for the bridge pose. It's coming!
