I suggest practicing by raising your hips, onto a block or a cushion, and practicing tilting your pelvis to straighten your lower back. Over time you can start to decrease the height of the object you are sitting on. This is a good practice to work in that direction: ua-cam.com/video/b7X7xPVcDh8/v-deo.html
