Thank you for this video! Would you mind to make more future gen 3 related content?
Of course! I want to continue expanding into more Pokémon content, and Colosseum, XD and Gen 3 have some of my favorite games.
It worked! thanks so much, also how did you manage to get your colosseum game to look that smooth? I have it on the Gamecube too yet it definitely does not look that pretty
I’m glad I could help! And to your question, I use the Dolphin emulator for PC to record any GameCube related videos, I do actually own the game though! The emulator allows me to make minor graphical enhancements and upscale the game a little.
If you're playing on Wii and have a component cable (5 colors, as opposed to composite with just yellow, white and red), you can run the game in progressive mode, which enhances picture. This also requires a TV with component ports. Most HDTV's have them, but not many CRT TV's do.
This is TECHNICALLY possible on Gamecube, but it's more complicated. It requires the GC to be an older model (it should have 3 ports on the back; check for a "DIGITAL AV OUT") and a $200+ component cable.
Honestly, I just recommend getting a Wii, because it's much easier and cheaper (plus hackable). Just be sure it's the original white Wii. Newer ones (black, mini, etc.) will not have the Gamecube controller ports.
Hi buddy, nice video! One question, how much time it takes to purify each pokemon?
In Colosseum, not too long! I always just let it run whenever I'm leaving the house and I'll come back to them either almost ready or completely ready. If you're playing XD, you have to be a little more present because in XD when a Pokemon is ready to be purified you get a notification that stops your walking.
Will this work for Entei?
Cool! I got work later, so I'm gonna leave my game in this state before going to work. 🤣
That’s what I did!! It’s super helpful.
How long does this need to be done for?
I’ve found about an average 2-3 hours! I typically will just let it go if I’m gone somewhere.
@@HLEEP i think ill just unlock Entei's heart by doing mt. Battle. I did 45 minutes and got him down to 1 1/2 purple bars left. But ill do your way when I have an entire party of Shadow Pokemon. Thanks for the tip. Works great emulated on the Wii.
@@SuperPeterok that’s awesome to know!! And yeah, I definitely recommend doing it with a full party of shadow Pokémon!
am stuck walking to the top of my screen. Assuming they fixed it ?
I don’t think they have! What platform are you playing on?
The unplug doesnt work lol
What console are you playing it on?
@@HLEEP GameCube but i have a pal version
@@snivygirl I wonder if it has to do with the Pal version then, I’ve gotten comments where other people have had success on GameCubes (I’ve only ever tested on emulator (pc) and Wii). I’ll see if I can try to run some type of test on my GameCube soon, and check if the version that I have is PAL or not!
Unplug the controller and hold UP when you plug it back in, when you let go it will trick the controller and your character will be walking down.
The unplug trick didn't work for me either. I'm playing an ISO on a hacked Wii.
So I grabbed a twisty tie and tied the analog stick in the down position.
