    My age is 22 and recently i found in my report that calcium in 7.8, but minimum requirements is 8.8 and also cracking sound are coming from joints.
    I'm gym going person, doing intence training for 1.5 hour.

      Milk and Dairy Products
      Green Leafy Vegetables: spinach , drumsticks , fenugreek leaves
      Ragi (Finger Millet
      Sesame Seeds
      Almonds
      Lady's Finger
      Soybeans
      Oranges
      Include these food in her eating habits .. make some tasty recipes using these as ingredients and your daughter will get enough calcium ..

      Hello , Agree that milk and dairy products are a common source of calcium, there are many non-dairy foods that are also high in calcium, such as leafy greens, fortified plant-based milks, and certain types of fish. If you are lactose intolerant, it is possible to meet your calcium needs through a balanced healthy diet that includes calcium-rich non-dairy foods. In case you are still unable to get enough calcium through food sources , this calcium supplements will definitely help you . Yes I'm actually going to review RawRX omega vegan capsules soon and I have already connected with this company .. their calcium D3 also looks good but have to check in details ..       Hello, carbamide forte d3 60k chewable will increase your levels of vitamind d3 but it also contains some filler / additives since they have mention excipient under ingredients list.. I don't recommend.. try unived d3 capsules.. review video available on my channel and product link in description box if required.. i will never suggest to take 60k iu of vitamin d3 on a single day per week.. instead take around 2000k daily for 2 months and check your levels again.. thanks

      Hello , Your weight is ok ..not overweight but in case you fell fat is high you can do some basic exercise at home or walk.. When you do any activity like treadmill and cycling in your case , you are putting stress on your body and your body need proper nutrients to recover from that stress and become stronger .. if you are not eating healthy , lots of fruits and vegies and protein , it will lead to pain .. You can wear a knee cap, drink turmeric and black pepper tea which is anti-inflammatory , take some sunlight daily .. You can try the calcium supplement from Unived which I have shared in this video also if required and link is available in description box . thanks

      Hello, Have you visited any doctor, and if yes, what have they recommended.? 500 MG elemental calcium is good to have in such a condition.       Hello , If you are deficient in calcium than a multivitamin will not help you .. you can try Unived Calcium or RawRX calcium which i have reviewed on my channel but no need to take both together .. if you have bought multivitamin than consume it and finish it first .. for calcium you can get it from food sources which i must have mention in this video and also in the new RawRX calcium video . I'm not a doctor hence I cannot provide you any medical advice but some general advice and guidelines which will help you.. thanks

    Sir my wife age 29 years is suffering from spine tuberculosis since 2 years.. she has been prescribed 500mg calcium twice daily.. right now she can walk a bit but she is suffering from lot of pain..

      Hey , I really wish that your wife recovers from this soon and happy that my video was able to create some value for you.. As you have already told me that your wife needs total of 1000mg calcium daily , I suggest below and also since it contains other vitamins and minerals that helps keeps bone strong and helps in calcium absorption
      1) Unived CalDveg - you will need to take 3 capsules daily . You can take 1 each at breakfast , lunch and dinner to get 500 mg calcium in total.
      2) Unived Basics Plant Calcium - You will need to take 2 capsules daily to get 500 mg calcium
      3) Oziva will give you around 470mg in 2 capsules
      So basically you will not get 1000 mg in one serving from a pure plant based calcium .. For a high dose you need to depend on synthetic calcium supplement. You can try CALCIBEL Tablet for initial one month and then move to the 3 options I have recommended . Thanks

      Hello , Agar apko ko medical condition hai too definitely you need to personally consult with a doctor before trying anything ... rawrx calcium + d3 and rawrx vegan omega 3 are high quality clean products and you can consume them same day also but keep some time gap .. so take one with breakfast and other with Lunch as an example...       Hello , Unived is 90 capsule pack vs Oziva 60 .. Both are almost same and calcium in both is derived from seaweed / Algae . In Unived vitamin D3 is 600 IU vs Oziva 400 IU .. AS I said both are equally good and it all depends on price and personal preference, hence I have recommended both in my video . Thanks

The only thing I did not liked - it contains additives and they have mention it on their product .. Additives like - Disodium EDTA , Talc , PVPK 30 , Aerosil, cross carmelose sodium , etc .. So I dont want to go in details of these but apart from the good things present , it also cotains some unwanted stuff which may not be good for us if we consume this tablets for long duration ..       Hello , Do you have severe deficiency of Calcium ? You can also try eating calcium rich foods if your deficiency is not much ..       Eat heathy , exercise and drink 4 liters water daily .. Eat sweet potato , oats , multigrain roti , brow n rice .. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables .. take sun rays exposure for 10 min daily if possible .. thanks

Anti-sticking Agent (INS 470 () Thickener [INS 464 & INS 462) .. Since you have bought it , finish the tablets but next time I will suggest better options are available if you intend to consume calcium supplement for long term use ..       Hello, You will get 600 IU of vitamin D from one serving of CalDveg along with 500 mg Calcium .. If your vitamin D deficiency is severe you may need more like around 2000 IU daily for say a month but generally 600 IU is the daily recommendation ..       1) Yes you are correct .. Apko servig size dekha padega on the product .. Aur apko sirf supplement pe depend nahi rehana haii too enough fruits m vegies , nuts , seeds khane hai .. nothing can replace actual food
      2) Unived has 500mg elemental calcium
      3) Kyu Calcium hume easily food se milta hai unlike Vitamin D and vitamin B ..Some people might experience discomfort with even 200mg,
      4) Yuo are correct ..In India, the RDA for adult men is typically 14mg/day, while it's 12mg/day for adult women
      Zinc citrate is generally considered a well-absorbed form of zinc, with an absorption rate between 40-60%. This means 17mg of zinc citrate might translate to around 6.8-10.2mg of absorbed zinc.it might be using outdated reference values or assuming a higher absorption rate than typically observed. .. I will try to check with Unived
      5) Good brands does mention elemental value but only in individual supplements for Calcium or Mag or etc

      1) If you have severe calcium deficiency, it may take longer to see an improvement. .. So you have to first do a lab test and check your levels and do lab test again after 6 months to recheck..
      Taking the supplement consistently is good
      Eat some amount of calcium rich food
      Your body's ability to absorb calcium can be influenced by factors like vitamin D levels, age, and overall health. If you have conditions that affect calcium absorption, it may take longer to improve your calcium levels.
      It's advisable to have your calcium levels checked periodically through blood tests. Your healthcare provider can monitor your progress and adjust the supplement regimen as needed.

      Hello, Kyu lekin ? Apko 16 ki age mai kyu supplements pe depend rehana hai ? Koi deficiency hai apko vitamin D aur calcium ki ? A balanced diet rich in calcium-containing foods (dairy products, leafy greens) and vitamin D (oily fish, eggs) might be sufficient for your needs.
      Regular, safe exposure to sunlight allows your body to naturally produce vitamin D.
      please check with a doctor personanly before starting any supplements, including calcium and vitamin D3 as I dont have information about your -
      Diet and lifestyle habits
      Blood tests results for calcium and vitamin D levels
      The RDA for calcium for boys aged 14-18 years is 1,000mg, and for vitamin D3 it's 600 IU (Indian Academy of Pediatrics)...
      Also just eat below food on daily basis whenever possible ..

    I'm 25 years old i want calcium and protein supplements for me. My knees give cracking sound each time i bend my legs 🦵 that loud like person just next to me can listen. What should i have for aboveboth concerns? And i don't do workouts now a days, its more sitting.
    Kindly suggest some solutions.

      Hello , Have you consulted any doctor yet ? Did he suggested you to take calcium and protein ? You are just 25 , so if your diet / eating habits are good you don't need any supplement now.. For calcium , drink / eat milk based products and for protein eat fish , eggs or if you are vegetarian try Origin nutrition plant protein which I have reviewed on my channel and link is available in description box of that video if you want to check. You can try Unived Basics Plant Calcium which I have shared in this video and link in description box .. Also ask a doctor for real reason why your knees gives cracking sound .. you will be surprise that it might not be of any concern .. thanks

      Hello , Fish oil omega 3 will not help diabetes people much and I suggest them to avoid it.. they should instead do some basic exercise at home or walk for 30 min daily .. eat fiber rich food and avoid simple carbohydrates rich food like white rice , maida ..thanks

      Hello, I'm not a doctor and I cannot give you any medical advice but I can definitely provide you some general advice that will help you when you talk with your doctor . See .. in most cases, a healthy 20-year-old who enjoys working out wouldn't necessarily need a calcium supplement becasue at your age, your body is naturally good at absorbing calcium from your diet. If you consume enough calcium-rich foods like milk, yogurt, leafy greens, and some nuts and seeds, you will get enough calcium.
      Now ... If you don't consume enough calcium-rich foods or have lactose intolerance that limits dairy intake, a supplement might be helpful.
      Also some medical conditions like lactose intolerance, Crohn's disease, or celiac disease can affect calcium absorption. Talk to your doctor personanlly and remember all these info I'm sharing which will help you better talk with doctor and understand your situation ..
      If there's a family history of osteoporosis (weak bones), your doctor might recommend a calcium supplement for preventive reasons.
      So talk to your doctor by personally visiting him .. They can assess your individual needs based on your diet, activity level, and medical history.
      My recommendation -- Try including calcium-rich foods in your diet. You can find many calcium-rich foods easily .. I must have mention in this video or in the description box also .
      Taking excessive calcium supplements without a doctor's recommendation can have side effects like kidney stones... So check your calcium blood levels before taking any supplements..
