Hi there. Also from Australia ... have been following Dr Tan's work for the last month or so and have had to source the GG, Tocotrienol, MK4 and CoQ10 separately. Very confusing and frustrating. I hope the Bone Coach will eventually ship to Australia. What I have not been able to find out is what is the best combination of these nutrients - the Tocotrienal +GG in one pill is great, but I'm also taking the MK4 (with 1000mg VitD because I read that D is needed to assist the MK4 get to the bone) but where does CoQ10 best sit? I guess I'll just keep watching Dr Tan's videos to see if he gives that info somewhere. Very exciting to think that these nutrients may help improve a number of conditions, but osteoporosis is my primary goal at the moment.

This was such a great interview and great information. I found myself smiling several times due to the positive energy. I feel hopeful! I’ve been taking tocotrienols for several years, but my bones still deteriorated due to undiagnosed Hyperparathyroidism. (I’m thinking maybe the damage would have been much worse if I had not been on it?) I’m going to watch again later(that’s how good it was😂) and order the additional supplements. I would say it’s even more important if someone has osteopenia and osteoporosis. Tocotrienols have been studied in a human clinical trial of postmenopausal osteopenia subjects and reductions in bone loss were observed. In this 12-week study of 87 postmenopausal women, DeltaGold® annatto tocotrienol was administered at dosages of 300 and 600mg/day. Both doses led to decreased bone resorption and improved bone formation. One bone biomarker, the BALP/NTX ratio, which is a measure of bone remodeling, increased 100% after 12 weeks. In addition, the RANKL/OPG ratio that indicates bone resorption is high was reduced 13-24% after 12 weeks, whereas this ratio increased 21-36% in the placebo group. When will GG supplementi be available? This sounds awesome 🙏🏻 Lately I started wondering if I was getting enough vitamin E I know it's good for skin but I didn't know it was good for bones and MK4 is better for bones and MK7 ? I take a vitamin K supplement that says it contains all forms of vitamin K up to K 10 But is it better to just take a concentrated MK4 version? Oh I felt like crying when the doctor started talking about the dentist and necrosis of the jaw , I have badly crooked teeth and recently got told I have gum disease even though I take very good care of my teeth for years but having crooked teeth is a risk factor,, my teeth hurt they're so uncomfortable I can't afford braces but even if I could the orthodontist told me I could lose my teeth due to my osteoporosis 😞 I know if I was taking osteoporosis medication no doubt it would destroy my jaw I've already lost some jawbone I hope GG supplement becomes available soon 🙏🏻🙏🏻
