Some RZR Turbo clutch kits remove the speed limiting spacer, don't.
This video about how to check belt travel in a Polaris RZR Turbo Clutch and Belt Drive, as a troubleshooting process for blowing belts. - Авто та транспорт
Great Video!!! Thank you for taking the time to make and post it.
I wish Polaris would see this video, thank you for sharing your knowledge
I just bought my Razr turbo and it is great. The guy I bought it from gave me two new belts, when I nned another new one I will def look you guys up!
Thank you for this video...I go threw many bests and after taking my primary apart, I noticed I didn't have the speed limiting bushing! I've since ordered one.
Did u get one? Have I blown a belt since?
Thank you for the "class" on clutches....great video!!!!! :-)
We just bought a 2019 RZR Turbo S Velocity and your video has great advice about the clutch and belts, Thank You
Awesome video and thanks for going into such great detail about everything on all of your videos.
i dont mean to be so offtopic but does any of you know of a way to log back into an Instagram account??
I was dumb forgot my account password. I appreciate any tricks you can give me

@Landen Nixon It did the trick and I actually got access to my account again. I am so happy:D
Thank you so much, you saved my account !
@Gibson Ahmed happy to help =)
Keep it coming. Great stuff bro.
Thanks
Excellent. Thank you!
Those plastic pieces are called "primary clutch tower sliders", I just had to order one.
I have a 19 turbo and I’ve noticed other clutch kits come with a new helix. I’ve always had dalton clutch kits, mostly bc of your videos. In your opinion is that different helix needed? I ride TN trails, not on huge tires.
If dalton does not include one then no. I don't keep up with other clutch folks so I am not aware of who has a turbo kit.
Good enough for me. I’ll order another dalton.
Great video. Is the spacer you are showing common only to the turbo model?
Yes, this particular spacer
@@Hunterworks , my bolts that hold the rollers are loose and move freely back n forth. Is that normal?
@@knockoutchamp5679 in primary? if yes yes they are supposed to move back and forth
im not blowing belts but there is one hell of a growling sound when i let off the gas pedal.
on my polaris ranger xp 700 twin. top end atm is 30 mph.
Just time to use our troubleshooting clutch videos. Use the search on our channel page
Long story short, I have a 2017 turbo 4 seater. checked my secondary for belt over travel and determined that even tho it’s bone stock, it’s still over traveling some. It is traveling probably a 32nd - 1/16” into the radius. So question is.. 1, is that a problem, and 2, do you have a slightly thicker washer for the turbo machines? I can drive it on the roads around my house, some at higher speeds, so I’d like to be sure it’s sorted
www.hunterworks.com/polaris_turbo_rzr Click that link, we have black washer for this
Hunterworks Inc. so do I stack the washers, or is your washer a touch thicker than stock? My machine has the stock washer, in the correct orientation
@@jeffsgarage8414 click link, then video there
What are your thoughts on running RZR without a belt cover?
Im not a fan, gets too much dirt in the clutch
What happens if you fail to mark the secondary clutch when you take it apart and you put it back together rotated relative to its original position?
Technically out of balance but you have no choice and I do not of any damage that can be said it was because of this, might be but probably can't be proved
@@Hunterworks Thanks for the info. I ran it 21 miles today breaking in a new belt and it ran fine. Only thing is I noticed more of a whine from the clutch when coasting down a hill in high or low (whine is different pitch depending on if I'm in high or low) but apparently the whine is normal, it just wasn't as apparent before I installed the EPI High Elevation Clutch kit yesterday.
@@popshuvitskater might be that kit, no fan of them, if you have belt issues with our belt that will be suspect one
What do ya think about the snap ring delete shims?
I don't, get the thrust washer, cupped washer and bolt from a 19 model
Hunterworks Inc. thank you sir!
Todd get you a set of impact Allen drivers. They fit on impact 3/8 socket adapter. I use them everyday, they beat all.
I have some, but what part of this video did I need them?
@@Hunterworks That secondary spreader screw
@@BlackAxeDayTrading IM not following, what screw?
@@Hunterworks Is that not allen screw or bolt rather, where you're spreading secondary in/out to get belt on/off?
@@BlackAxeDayTrading no, round with bent handle for using your hand with. I wish there was a screw to use but has to have a special point on it with no threads and i have not found one
What about the black spacer in the secondary? I was told to cut it in half
Do not do that
Hunterworks Inc. what does it do?

What is your question on this vehicle?
@@Hunterworks the growling in my clutch on my Polaris ranger. But I'm going to go through more of your videos before I bother you to much. Thanks 👍
