They are monetized and if you had two blue you didn't need to buy our white. But with the gates you might need three blue or our white and one blue to stop it from blowing at high speeds or just buy our belt
Talked to you and fixed my 2017 XP 1000 with 32s at the end of last summer. Right after I added the washer and your belt, I snapped my reverse chain. After getting the transmission back in I've done 200 miles with tons of 60+ all the way up to top speed for extended time with no issues. Totally stopped my RZR from ripping off bottom teeth and no other belt issues either.

Assuming a XP 1000 you have have, we do not use the blue, we make our own washer and it is just one. However with 3000 miles, you might have more going on, you are in the average lifespan of the primary . The washers really do not wear out, they get mashed from spider nut and spider backing off though

I use a torque stick of 100 ft lbs on my impact and it just makes me feel better maybe wrong way to do it but like you said it’s hard to hold the primary clutch
So will the blue washers fit a 2016 xp 41000 or the white ones? one more thing i bought a set of 32" Tensor Regulator tires and wanting to put them on,on my factory wheels which r 29x9x14" fronts < Rear r 29x11x14" and i havent installed aftermarket clutches it still running on stock clutches my question is will i run into problems if i use them big tires on stock clutches? And i dont do crazy stuff on my rzr or race;sometimes i jump but not rarely just regularly driving on sand and mud no rock climbing yet,and im gonna replace my square pucks to round ones what do u recommend ? thanks, love your videos Mr.Todd
Purchased 2016 900s new only 226 miles very few hrs and is stock no riding till spring I will then change all fluids,oils etc.should I add the extra washer?I do need a spare belt will purchase yours what one would you recommend will keep Oem for spare also should I change to round rollers or the pucks I’ve heard about. It's like you put it in gear and give it a touch of gas, then it acts like it is stopped by a brake, then back in the gas, then on the brake again without ever touching the brakes. Takes about 10 minutes to go 25 ft
professional motion not sure what you’re asking but adding a second blue washer or now our std white washer in their place does not affect top speed. Seems like in video I mention I ran 85 with them in there

I have a 2018 xp1000. 40hrs. I put your secondary rollers on right when I bought it. I haven't been having an issue with belts. Should I still install an additional washer?(assuming I already have one currently in my primary)
I stopped blowing belts by selling the RZR and buying a Honda Pioneer. Yes, I know....low HP, but HP is nothing when you're broken down in the bush. NO belts on a Honda to blow. Shaft driven. Why doesn't Polaris put a shaft drive in their machines? It's because Honda holds the Patent on their shaft driven system. Good video though.
I have only blown one belt and it was my fault and have had a ton of Polaris and you could not give me a Honda, the transmission go bad in those all the time too. But please take no offense the videos are to help owners of the vehicles, selling it and getting nothing fixes the issue too but that is not what these videos are about.
If you need this guy to fix a machine that came from the factory as a piece of crap then you bought the wrong machine. Polaris are poorly designed. Plastic cvt cover that warps and lets water in? Wtf! Then its $2000 for a new primary lol
Having been a millwright for 35+ years … there is a reason for following torque spec’s . It drives me crazy when someone makes a comment that the know the feel of their impact tool . Sure it hasn’t happened yet … 1 year … 15 years … but it will happen, either a broken screw / bolt or worse cracked housing . Ending my subscription….. Bye 👋👋

Using an impact on something that requires 7lbs of torque is just bad advise- might have worked for you- but to tell people “finger control” is simply lazy nonsense. Pull out your torque wrench and do it correctly if your going to make UA-cam videos… just sayin…
Way more broke these with torque wrenches than an impact. 19 years no one has reported broken with impact. Tons with torque wrench. I’ll keep doing it this way.
Will it work on a 2012 Rzr 900 xp4. I keep blowing belts. So I just added the Blow Hole Fan but haven't tried it out. Is there anything else I can do to stop busting belts ?

You should do the rollers but you probably ok without the washer, have not heard of 900 doing this.

I have an 09 700 ranger. It just bucks when you put it in gear. Quits if you keep pressing gas. Any ideas?

Bye. I’ve been a clutch guy for 19 years the broken bolts were from torquing. It has its place on some but on this one no good way.

I have a 2012 xp4 900, I just installed the Hunterworks fabricated white washer. It has made a world of difference.
Will it work on a 2012 Rzr 900 xp4. I keep blowing belts. So I just added the Blow Hole Fan but haven't tried it out. Is there anything else I can do to stop busting belts ?
