i took my secondary apart without marking. is it that big of a deal if so how do you know it all looks the same.
Do you recommend doing this as a preventative measure, or only if it becomes an issue?
It sure will not hurt anything but our idea was if you have it.
Is this still an issue with the 2021 XP Turbo? Since they got a clutch upgrade from the Pro XP
I can't say but this washer does not work with them
Blown a lot of belts...adding the washer and spring, and grabbed a Hunterworks belt..but maybe I have the clutch that blows belts..please tell me 😃

Is it only the polaris cvt problem ? i have the 2018 can am x3 and still with the stock belt.. i seen lot of rzr turbo blow a belt on trail, im afraid mine will also blow belt..
I do not know, have not checked overtravel on a Can Am

We use our secondary tool on it, sold on our site
How much top end speed will be lost with this?
None over stock, can't say if you have removed your stock one then add it back plus ours
A friend runs flat out all the time and ruins a belt about every 200 miles. My car has 600 miles on the original belt. I dont drive like a pissed off teenager like he does... his problem is probably the situation you point out here. I dont think ill mention it to him... let him spend himself into the poor house trying to fix an issue his throttle is making🤣
The BMP kit does not work well. It slips belts. Every day replacing belts, and tried every brand of belts. I suspect he's talking about BMP clutch kit

Informative video. However, youkeep saying Polaris did this, Polaria didn't do that. Do you really think Polaris assembles the clutches themselves? It is an oursourced component.
It is a OEM part and no matter whether they make it or not themselves, they design it and approve it
@@Hunterworks but they don't assemble, which is the point if the limiter os in wrong or missing, it happened at the facility it was manufactured at, not at Polaris. Do you QC every single part, and measure every single belt? It is no different than one of your belts being slightly our of spec. You didn't make it out of spec, your supplier did.
@@JDSTACTICAL I guess but don't you think that would be some wasted words in a video when most folks don't know or care who actually made or assembled their oe clutch and therefore to them it is Polaris since it came on it?
@@Hunterworks I'm not denying they designed and approved it. As a matter of fact, I wasn't talking about the design at all. I was talking about, now read this part very carefully, they DO NOT assemble the clucthes, and very likely do not QC every single individual part. Now being you can't seem to grasp the concept, any missing limiter, or upside down limiter would have been done at the suppliers facility, not by Polaris. That should be an easy thing to understand, well atleast for anyone that doesn't live in Mississippi.
@@JDSTACTICAL you are just being difficult, for all us normal folks that is a polaris clutch and they are responsible for it being right etc, same as this MS boys belts that I do not personally make and do not QC everyone of them. You make your own video if you like. Keep in mind my channel is not a democracy, it is a dictatorship. There is this "hide this user from channel" button which I am going to use on you as soon as I know you have read this so you will not have to be subjected to my silly videos any longer!!
