Just installed mine and love it w the full stage 3 kit. My stock weights had a washer on each side...the AA weights were a bit wider then stock. I assume the washers dont go back in. I didn't put them in and runs good

It's been too long since I had mine apart to remember. I would say if there was enough room for them without causing binding then put them in. If not then leave them out. I will double check mine next time I pull the cover. Sorry I'm not more help at the moment. You could also call Mike/Aftermarket Assassins.

Fastest way to go through belts is a aftermarket clutch kit. Nothing beats a well maintained stock clutch . 90%of utv racers know this and use stock clutches. Yes you replace a lot of frequent parts to keep them fresh but you’ll break less belts.

I disagree. The fastest thing to ruin a belt is your right foot. Not knowing when to get out of it. Next is not knowing when to you high/low. Next is probably proper belt break in. After that is improper machine setup including gearing and clutching. I think most if not all the side by sides I have seen in person have aftermarket clutch components. The stock clutch pretty good, for the weight of the stock machines and stock tires. However, some machines have horrible gearing and Polaris tried to fix it with clutching. The turbo S has the same trans gearing as the non turbo, yet it came with 32" tires. Gearing will get the machine close to dialed, and then clutching. The stock clutching is setup for lighter machines with smaller tires. As soon as you start modifying it, the clutching can absolutely be improved.

I have a question you seem to me you definitely know what your talking about i bought the same clutching but i just bought the actual clutches they set up mine so all i had to do was bolt on and ride i broke in the belt and absolutely loved them when i gave it just a little gas and it took off but now that the machine set in my garage i went to move it back and it made a loud popping noise so i went down the road around it popped really loud again i called them they said it was normal but i got 3 rides on them and like i said it almost feels like factory clutching now i paid 1600 jist to ride 3 times just wondering if you know what it could be thanks for the video

That’s pretty difficult to diagnose with just those symptoms. At this point your best option is to pop the clutch cover off and look for deficiencies in both clutches and the belt. If nothing jumps out at you right away, pull each clutch off and disassemble and inspect. Closely look at bolts, springs and re-count the magnets in each clutch weight. It’s not uncommon for springs to break, weights to stick, magnets to come out of the weights, delaminating belt, etc etc. This video will help you inspect and reassemble the clutches.
