I recently found fresh ground ginger in my morning coffee is delicious! I also added thyme to chamomile and lavender for a bedtime tea that helps with my aches after a long day of work. I wake from a great sleep without pain. I’m chopping ginger now to infuse in honey for winter colds and add a cap full of vodka so it doesn’t spoil. I use my instant pot to make broth seasoning the water inside before cooking with lots of thyme, basil, oregano, black pepper, and sage so the broth is delicious when needed for a cup to drink. I hope you feel better soon! 😊

I'm allergic to ragweed and I've found that Echinacea just isn't for me. I'm excited to try your astragalus and a few other products I just ordered from you. The astragalus, ghee mix, the UTI tea and some elderberry herb are all things I can benefit from. I'll let you know how it goes. Hope you feel better!

    Thanks for the video.
Easy bone broth- roast a whole chicken and save the carcass. Add the carcass to an instant pot or stock pot or slow cooker whatever you have with water & veggies (you like) like carrots, onion, garlic and celery. Add a dash of ACV and if you can find them -chicken feet. Cook 24 hours if using a stock pot or slow cooker. Instant pot I run on the meat or soup setting for like 90 minutes and if you want repeat. Also you can add herbs if you want.

Your plans sound great. A bit of honey garlic would help. Also try sitting outside with bare feet on the ground!!!!😊

😂😂😂 I have learned over the last few years that the world, our friends, our community, our family, etc just wants us to show up! show up to that birthday party even if you are sad! go be in your community even if you are anxious! Do your youtube video even if you are sick. you get to be a full human!!!

Well, thanks for showing up! And you are right, we do have to show up to so much just for the sake of showing up. Take care of yourself first though. Everything else will work out. 🙂

Totally unexpected, feeling how it began to shrink and eventually disappear within 2 months was so liberating. I followed the steps I mentioned, and within the first 2 weeks the bloating was gone. I simply go'ogled Tilly Strankten's Ovarian Cyst Guide and it's like I hit the feel-good reset button lol.
