It’s junk because you use it for crafting. And as misc you couldn’t put it in scrap box. Visiting camps without stashing your junk is just stupid, sorry
@@FalloutKurier6 legendary cores and modules are used for crafting and are in the misc section, same for ores, and all of those weight a lot more than most junk items.

But we can argue back and forth about this, it probably won’t change anything. They classified it as junk and currently it is not even clear if this will ever go live. The answer to the legendaries energy weapons as they once were is 'NO'..... the ballistic damage with explosive that was attributed to them was completely removed..thats what made them powerful..
They constantly using the excuse of balancing weapons which is ridiculous after spending so much time building a character for a certain weapon and playstyle. They gain nothing by this and nerfing weapons is stupid then why not just make everything do the same damage and you just pick the weapon you like best. That’s what they’re heading for. Making a mini nuke and pipe rifle do the same damage for “balancing”. I stayed after legacy purge but don’t think this is making the game better or more fun. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. Now there’s nothing to trade for there’s already nothing to spend caps on. They are ruining it. 3+ years at 76 and just pissed
Thank you for this, I want them to restore explosive energy weapons (I will cite Sci-Fi and Photon Torpedoes here) I miss my old and only legacy, Gatling Explosive, Ultracite Laser, perhaps in Season 2 the TV show will use an explosive Energy weapon and we will get them back. I can dream.
Hopefully they bring some back atleast it's straight bs they removed weapons meant for the end game then lied about them later saying they weren't intended and never added true endgame content

RR slower rate is still the same dps. its long since been proven with the faster fire rate, a round or two can leave the weapon to hit a target that is already out of hp...depending on the distance. so on groups, you'll be getting the same kill speed.
Complete opposite. these past couple of months f76 has been more popular than it ever has been so they’re making these changes to be more friendly to a wider audience

Would you be able to show what it looks like to craft a regular legendary three star on the pts? What have they changed about the cost to roll? How does it compare to getting legendary roll boxes off the Legendary Vendor? I feel like that is what needs to be "tested". How hard is it to get a passable (OG) god roll or near god roll now after these changes. What is that RNG going to be like? What is changing there? Also, is it possible to re-roll the three star legendary event rewards like Kabloom, Western Spirit, Holyfire, V63 stuff, Etc? I can't tell you how many of these would benefit from having the ability to reroll.
Yay get to make a god roll then be bored. New game plus. Give us something to do. I spend most my time trying to find servers that people r willing to do events an if I can't I rebuild my base.
Yea hopefully the trading caravan will open up like a big data base so people don’t need to worry about server hoping and finding vendors and they can spend more time playing the game and doing more fun things. My opinion
its been a long overdue overhaul to make the legendary crafting system an actual crafting system rather then a toxic cancerous gambling system copied from slot machines.. cant wait for this change :)
Dropable Legendary Particles? So... Bigger players will hunt lesser players for the dropped particles. Trade? How?! You try to trade, they kill you, and take your dropped particles. You scrap them at your camp and get ambushed for your particles.

Same. Still got all mine as well. They are all 2 star now. If they bring back explosive on energy weapons (they probably aren't) they better put that effect back on all my groll legacies that got the explosive perk taken off of it.
Why is not having a legacy a good thing people wouldn't be complaining if they didn't remove them from the loot pool in the first place and allowed the vets to keep them for so long before catering to the crybabies

Using it on character locked weapons and armour makes sense. God rolls dont need to be messed with and trash weapons can be fixed. Win win.

This is going to make "favorite" so important so you don't accidentally scrap a good tier weapon/ armor
Well at least the warning defaults to no so if you accidentally spam it you won’t lose your weapon.
The new tent doesn’t seem to have the loadout selector, which makes it instantly useless compared to the one we got from this scoreboard 🤷🏻♂️

You should try the explosive on a Tesla. That was my fav legacy and it had different animations when explosive unlike the other energy weapons
If you try it it gives it a laser rifle beam no more arc. You can try any of these by building a custom world with no resource needed crafting.
RR slower rate is still the same dps. its long since been proven with the faster fire rate, a round or two can leave the weapon to hit a target that is already out of hp...depending on the distance. so on groups, you'll be getting the same kill speed.
I think they realize the game is winding down so why not finally open it up. Gearbox does the same thing when a game getting old.

You can put laser receiver on explosive Crusader pistol and it's the same thing. Nothing new here.
