@@tremaynestephens5955 there was a time when it was added where you could craft a T-45 to have the skin and it would be tradeable. Ones received from current event drops are not.

Fun Fact, a few years back, there was a bug where it was a craftable and droppable skin on T-45 Helmets. I say bug as it just appeared over night and everyone was wondering if it could be trade worthy (it wasn't)

Once you get two or more, scrap one. Once you do, you learn the skin, you can apply it to regular T-45 helmets, and you can drop them for friends and other players.

Not rare. I got it a few years ago plus you can craft as man y T-45 Helm and just equip the skin and sell it in your vendor.

I got these over any glowing mask and as a non-power armor user it sucks I cannot sell or trade it

Once you get this firs time you can apply it as paint on t45 helmets after!!!!
DONT WASTE STASH SPACE BY STORING THE HELMET IN IT!!!

Its not so rare, i got 2 of them,a level 15 and a level 50,it doesnt work with funky duds and for pc its a skin for the t-45 helmet.
