What a fantastic and easy to follow guide! Thank you SO much! There's also a scavenger trader spawn point southeast of Vault 51 by the birdwatcher wooden lookout where I've been pretty lucky at finding the rare apparel scavenger trader.
Unfortunately only her and the responder bot sell rare clothing, and only her “Trader” version and the Enclave sell berry mentats, orange mentats, .. recipes! It’s nice having a regular trader at ur camp, because you don’t have to go anywhere to make ur caps for the day!
WHAT THE - I believe I saw that scavenger yesterday!! Never thought to check to see if she had anything in anything other that the one screen that first popped up. Rats! Lost opportunity there, but at least now I know. This is great and appreciated tremendously. This is why I'm a subscriber.....

Theres also one on a cliff between Overlook cabin and The Pigsty, when you spawn just look up towards where the Pigsty is and continue going towards that direction and there's going to be a camp on a small cliff on it.

No one sells the Tattered Field Jacket🫣. It given as a very rare reward from events. If it was a vendor everyone would have TFJs and they wouldn’t be trade only.🥰

Long ago I discovered one of these spots (you did not cover it in this video) just a 10 second run into the woods from my CAMP, literally the middle of nowhere, so not sure why they are out there, but I check it all the time. Sometiems it is Scorched or Blood Eagles, etc, but quite often there is a vendor there, I have found so much rare apparel to sell for caps it is awesome.
There’s literally over 30 maybe even close to 50 locations, which is why it’s noted in the video! I also note there’s a map linked in the description that shows all her locations. 11 made for a long enough video most channels give a max of 5. I farm all the time and thought it would be nice to share some more spots! Most people won’t watch past the first 3 anyway…🥰
found her last day for the first time during a quest, she had a skelleton costume today I found her again with the clean spacesuit and the clean straight jacket

Berry Menats should be in the Whitesprings Mall the one that sells drug blue prints 6/16/24 I saw it today if it wasn't there it was in the Whitesprings Bunker in the med bay vendor another vendor down there. I thought it could have been the science vender but I think they just sell serums

I logged on once to find the travelling trader using a workbench in my camp lol. I was still very new tho so I didnt know if anything she was selling was worth buying :/
No it is just rng, tbh I feel like I do better if I stay in the world vs server hoping for finding random encounters. You don’t tend to get the same encounter every time or at least in my experience. I’ve done this hundreds maybe 1k times. Everyone’s RNG is different! Private vs public server matters not
You know how you can use your camp or tent on a private server to get Grahm at the beginning of his route, is there an equivalent for the scavenger trader using a private server?
Yes! Go to Monongah Power Plant place your tent off to the left (if ur looking at it) I always do to the left of the road going up the hill where the trees are. You want to place ur tent in a public server then go to ur private server, you load in and he should be there near Monongah Power Plant. he can spawn on the left or the right of the road in front, so if you don’t see him in one spot try the other side. If u don’t figure it out stop by the live stream and I will show you! If ur asking about the trader she doesn’t walk a route like grahm. She is strictly at random encounter spawns.
I know the Grahm trick, but now as you’ve explained that it doesn’t work for the trader that’s what was I wanting to know. Been running after her & not very successful 😢 Does server hopping help or is it just a good old RNG type thing which leads to a lot of 🤬🤬🤬

They were never all that rare if u had this information, just like most of the asylums aren’t that rare, but people buy them because they know the red one is rare. Whatever gets u caps go for it!!!!🥰🥰🥰🫡
Side with the raiders during the Raid of Vault 79! I would advise to complete every quest on both sides till you get the Chinese stealth armor from the Settlers then go with the raiders!
Don’t need to do that anymore, so yeah it’s loads easier to get those plans than the outfits now. Both are just as bad tbh. I got more locations to check for the trader than the trick or treaters or the reenactors
Depends on ur platform to be honest! U could start at 7500-10k then if it doesn’t sell go down from there! Loads of players have them now so not sure how much they are currently valued at tbh! 🥰

Unless I go over the headwear it isn’t part of the outfit/isn’t rare in all my videos. If ur just wanting to know I’ll go back and watch it, but if it is the lobster trap,I think I used it, it was a reward for a limited event kinda like the bday challenge was.
@@RompRat42 it was a one time Valentine reward. Complete a challenge get a reward then it’s gone. Maybe eventually they will bring it to the atomic shop, I don’t think they’ve brought any 1 time rewards to the atomic shop as of yet
If you have a friend hold her you can bring in a different character and check her inventory as it will be different for each character. If you find her twice in the same world in different locations she will have different inventort.
@CoreReaper1 I didn’t go over that piece of apparel, the reason for that is it isn’t sold by her. Only the things I go over does she sell. The cage was from a limited time event a couple years back
So it has to be a “scavenger trader” in order to get these items discussed in the video, there are loads of traders that pop up in player’s camps, just letting you know don’t want you to be disappointed if it is not the scavenger trader as she is not permanent at any location which is one of the reason these items are harder to get! Yeah, most people don’t wanna watch a 3 hour video. Plus this took me over 3 months to find her at all the locations I did. I had to finally just stop after running the other spots an additional 24 hours and found nothing
No, she never shows up to ur camp. Players get a traveling vendor that will sometimes show up, but it is never the scavenger trader. Also if you place ur camp to close to her possible spawn locations this can suppress her ability to spawn🥰
Because it’s hard to do and I explain EVERY type of scavenger trader you can find at the beginning of the video. It took me MONTHS of 4 hour days trying to get all the footage I have for this video. It just takes time, if it was easy everyone would do it, if they did then none of the clothing would be rare😉🥰

The traveling trader and scavenger trader have different spawns. The one in this video is the one who can sell the good stuff ! Hope this helps!🥰

Don’t need to do that anymore, so yeah it’s loads easier to get those plans than the outfits now. Both are just as bad tbh. I got more locations to check for the trader than the trick or treaters or the reenactors

Unless I go over the headwear it isn’t part of the outfit/isn’t rare in all my videos. If ur just wanting to know I’ll go back and watch it, but if it is the lobster trap,I think I used it, it was a reward for a limited event kinda like the bday challenge was.

@@RompRat42 it was a one time Valentine reward. Complete a challenge get a reward then it’s gone. Maybe eventually they will bring it to the atomic shop, I don’t think they’ve brought any 1 time rewards to the atomic shop as of yet

If you have a friend hold her you can bring in a different character and check her inventory as it will be different for each character. If you find her twice in the same world in different locations she will have different inventort.
Does she have the Long Shoreman helmet as well? Been searching for it to no avail…

@CoreReaper1 I didn’t go over that piece of apparel, the reason for that is it isn’t sold by her. Only the things I go over does she sell. The cage was from a limited time event a couple years back
They all spawn occasionally at my camp… no bs top left of the dried lake just below Summerville there’s a npc settler permanently where my camp is.

So it has to be a “scavenger trader” in order to get these items discussed in the video, there are loads of traders that pop up in player’s camps, just letting you know don’t want you to be disappointed if it is not the scavenger trader as she is not permanent at any location which is one of the reason these items are harder to get! No, you have to track her down all over again. Her inventory will be different at every location even in the same world

None of the outfits you mentioned are rare in my opinion you can find them cheap and easy vender hopping. I wouldn't even loot those outfits to sell.

Yeah, most people don’t wanna watch a 3 hour video. Plus this took me over 3 months to find her at all the locations I did. I had to finally just stop after running the other spots an additional 24 hours and found nothing

No, she never shows up to ur camp. Players get a traveling vendor that will sometimes show up, but it is never the scavenger trader. Also if you place ur camp to close to her possible spawn locations this can suppress her ability to spawn🥰

I never fi d rare clothing on any vendor and I don't know why.
Because it’s hard to do and I explain EVERY type of scavenger trader you can find at the beginning of the video. It took me MONTHS of 4 hour days trying to get all the footage I have for this video. It just takes time, if it was easy everyone would do it, if they did then none of the clothing would be rare😉🥰
lol I went ta anchor farm first and she was there first try ... had nothing but farmhand clothes and green shirt and combat boots lol not even berry mentats

I went to alot of those locations, I just found characters like story tellers no scavengers
