This is the only cities skyline series that I watch because of how it’s edited. I can’t stand to watch other UA-camrs slowly edit and decorate tree by tree as I slowly fall asleep. Big boop fan here
This!!! I really enjoy Biffa and City Planner Plays but they spend SOOOOOO much time on detailing.
I'm pretty sure the reason the harbor looks like that is because half of it is centered on the road, which was snapped to your existing one, and the other half of it is centered to your key wall. If you deleted the road, placed the harbor again and then connected the road properly to it, then that should fix your problem. Additionally, it would allow your intercity/metro hub to fit properly too (and keep in mind that the harbor you chose already has in-built bus stations too).
Intercity buses are different to normal buses
Kibz: Our city is built on public transport.
Also Kibz: Rip out the public transport.
In summary, Kibz makes stuff to destroy it.

I think you should add a lot more bike lanes and pedestrian streets. The old city looks a lot more walkable than the new parts.

I'm loving the changes! While I was watching you look over your changes, I thought it would be really cool if you made an ambient video: with your music in the background and no commentary, we can just watch people mill about. Imagine the aesthetic! I could watch that all day.

Twice a week could be much. He does literal science for his designs so it takes a few days to do one video. I would say one a week is perfect

I absolutely love this series! When I play, I tend to get “stuck” in a specific mindset on how to play, what to build, how I want my city to look and function and it gets…boring. You’ve really given me some fantastic inspiration for my future play through.

When you plop down certain buildings with anarchy on, they break. It's that simple.
I love this, the new update that we got this is what we need in game for vanilla without using too much mods/asset as well you know. Also I believe there just bug/glitch issues of the new hub/transportation update hopefully that maybe in next update they get a chance to fix it though to thought so that it would look weird though.

Around 14:50: If you make the metro go deep underground theoretically one line can serve both the top and bottom of that walled bit. I think there's a subway station that can have paths attached to it underground, and if you use metro overhaul you can make the metro station deeper underground so that it can sit deep enough underground to be either a surface level station on the lower tier or be below both. Think of places like Kyiv and Moscow that have extremely deep metro lines by design, and London Underground where some are built deep below the ground just to avoid other subsurface lines closer to the surface.
There's some awesome DLC content now for Cities Skylines, I really need a PC that can handle all that content though. I wonder what will come first, Cities Skylines 2 or my new several thousand dollar "endgame" PC.

At 10:41 you got a metro and a train line and a monologue to that just adds up to you got one wheel trims and M all hedging in there I feel like I should be a little tram earlier dedicated trams near the metro hub to you don't have to walk for and it looks really cool and function about the police do that Philip mould area where you just demolished it😊

I imagine to keep workers for factories you could build some outer districts, suburbs, or small towns, with low education and low land value

The industrial area doesn't have enough workers so you need more living space for people who can then work at the industrial area. On the right of the view, if you click on an industrial building, you can see the number of workers required and their required education level

Hey man, nice city. But i have some ideas, like.... how about making a island city but the entrance will be a tunnel(also if you can then add a mega transit hub that includes a harbour, airport, metro, trams, bus,taxi etc.) So yea. Good city again

Nice vid! I'm asking for an opinion: is it worrying that Cities Skylines only released cinematic trailers and in OFFICIAL articles they just say "it's gonna be the best sim you ever saw"?
It's not particularly worrying, just part of a normal hype cycle. My advice? Wait until we actually get gameplay footage to even think about it. Right now we have no idea why we should buy it. What does it have that the original doesn't and can't be added in with dlc or mods?

Check your monorail line that's connected to the monorail/bus/harbour building. I think you'll find it's not got any monorail trains as the monorail/bus/harbour appears to be broke

I think that tram wharf combo is glitching because half the building is attaching to the road and the other half to the harbour.
