These no jump workouts aren't just good for people with sensitive joints and whatnot, they're great for ppl who don't workout at the gym. I live in a two storey house not even an apartment but I still skip over any workouts with jumps bc I just can't be jumping in my house so thanks!

I lost 35 lbs with Popsugar videos, mostly the ones with Anna . Started with the shorter ones, then worked up to longer ones. I've started to regain a few lbs, so I'm back for more workouts!

This is my 6th or 7th week of doing this workout, and I've lost 10 lbs! It's already a big progress for me, tbh! Did one set of this three times a week for 3 weeks i think? then started doing two sets after that! I HATE jogging/running. Knowing nothing about fitness, I didn't know there was another way to do cardio! 😂Thank god I found this!
I just tryed this and I have to say wow.... I love it. Now I am a beginner and i did have to pause the video every now and again to catch my breath but it was awesome and I think I'm going to do this one more often. I did drink water while we were jogging and it did help me to not want to quit ( so I would try it if you need some help). Thank you for this and your other videos Anna and friends
This totally works. I lost 8 pounds in one month. Started working out september 3rd and today is september 28th. I work out 4 times a week: 2 cardio and 2 weights; 1 hour each. On top of it, my resting days i would do these "low impact cardio". Sweating buckets. Ive dieted as well but exercising makes it so much faster.
I haven't worked out in years. I used to kickbox about 10 years ago for 7 yrs and then got pregnant and never went back. I'm having a hard time getting motivated and I must say you are amazing! So glad I found you, I'm hoping to get back into shape. I HAVE A LOOOONG WAYS TO GO😟
So glad you're getting back into a routine! It will be hard at first, but I'm sure it will be like riding a bike. You'll find your groove and it will become a part of you again! Be patient and don't give up!

46 year old, full time county worker, wife, mom of 10 year old boy. Not a lot of time. This has been great for my early mornings (and my joints.) It keeps me consistent and eager to keep improving. I don't know the instructor's name but she is energetic and encouraging without being annoying. I have done this one for almost 2 weeks and will continue until I have aced it and don't feel a challenge and then I'll find another popsugar video to move onto...hopefully with the same instructor! I don’t class myself as a beginner but gave this video a go and found it surprisingly hard work and I’m still sore 2 days later! Great work out. I’ll certainly be doing this one again. Well done popsugar 👍🏻
I absolutely love this work out!!!! despite the low impact and it being only 15 minutes, don't be fooled! it's very effective!! I do this atleast 2-3 times a week, and I sweat everytime!!!

I am NOT a beginner and did both rounds -- great leg and waist moves. Finished up on my mini-tramp to keep the impact to a minimum and get the recommended 30 min of cardio into my day. Loved this! If I hadn't gotten so sweaty, I would do it morning and afternoon to rev my metabolism.
NM is a very important resource which allows people I know I would say I do it on a phone screen as a way through a phone and I can do a phone check with a person I can access with a
NM is a very important role for a few months or so people are not going back to the end zone to make a difference between a lot easier on your schedule or your time on it than it does with my family was so good I don't think about how to see what the next thing I said to make me want but don't feel it or anything else but buts are not good at work or just as a child and I'm not really a lot easier if you're in my area or a lot easier if I'm going through this because of the way the people are doing it because it makes sense and is so bad at least to see it and then the same way that is the way the person is doing and not being rude to make you look

I am doing it 2 months after I had my baby to start getting back into working out (I have been working out before I got pregnant) and it is just what I needed to move all my body and not get too tired and still feel I have done the job! Great cardio between HIIT resistance band trainings I do each week. 3 days resistance band HIIT; 2 days cardio. 15-minute sessions and the results are unbelievable!

I love this workout!!! I've had to lay off my usual workout routine for the past 6 months due to hip bursitis. It's finally healed enough that I can get back into doing some cardio, which I need so badly. Actually went up a size from not doing any cardio. This is perfect. It's slow enough that I can watch my form and make sure I don't re-aggravate my injury. This will be an excellent jumping off point to get my body moving in a challenging but safe way until I can progress to more strenuous workouts. Love your videos, Anna. As someone relatively new to fitness, and as a busy mom, I find your workouts to not only be concise and effective (whew!!), but actually doable! They don't require lots of floor space, and the majority are quiet enough to be done early morning or during nap time! PLEASE make more low impact cardio workouts! As someone with a few injuries these are the BEST workouts I've found. Would love a few more like them!
