I’ve always worked out my entire life whether it was running, lifting light weights, or classes at my gym. I decided during this quarantine that I would push myself to another level, especially with weights. Since subscribing to your channel, my strength as increased beyond what I imagined. I’m keeping right up with you because you motivate people in such a wonderful, positive way . I woke up today and was feeling a little down cuz I’m not working right now (as a flight attendant) and I’m really missing my job. I knew that after your workout, it would change my mood instantly. Just did this upper body workout and I feel stronger mentally and physically. Thank you, Sydney, for motivating me, challenging me , and changing my disposition. I’m turning 57 and I’m in the best shape of my life.

I crushed it. For my physical and mental health. I almost didn't work out today because I was exhausted from a terrible night's sleep. I had a rough day yesterday, but I remembered that I have someone who I have/want to be. I cannot give up on her. I may have failed yesterday, but I learned to keep fighting even when it gets rough. I am so proud of all of the people who finished and crushed this workout and grateful to have @Sydney Cummings as our fearless and strong leader. Keep rockin' everybody! There are goals on the line!

In my 35 years of working out and teaching aerobics i never found any other instructor that i really liked or i felt that was capable of pushing me past the limits i thought i had!
