I finished but had a lot of problems with getting up off the floor, then going down again, each time. The repetition made my knees super sore. Is there a work out you could offer where the exercises are 1/2 standing then 1/2 on the floor? Keep up the good job! Thanks 😊
We've been working a lot on our core since january and even though in can't really see it so far i Can definitely feel it! My core is so much stronger !
Hi Sister, I lost weight 2 years ago following your videos , few months ago I fell off the wagon, overcome with negative and toxic people. I realized that I am responsible for my own happiness and sadness . I can’t place the blame on anyone else. I have restarted my love for self again . I don’t believe weight loss alone makes anyone happy , in my case it’s me loving my self that’s why I love your workout sessions. Thanks again for your positive thoughts. ❤

I did that entire push up side plank circuit on my feet instead of my knees and it’s the first time I’ve been able to do side plank open ups on my feet in forever. So I’m feeling pretty darn proud of myself for that - crushed this one!!
I DID LEG DROPS! WHAT?!? I was 100% just thinking I would modify (one leg drop at a time), then I thought, “eh, let me try it.” I DID IT THE WHOLE ROUND! I don’t think I have ever done them, even when I was a dancer. So crazy! Thank you Sydney! Made my day!!!
I sure wish there were more newer upper videos without abs or cardio like you use to do. (Back/biceps or chest / triceps/ shoulders. Me and my husband love those the best!! Crossing our fingers!! You are an amazing coach for us and we appreciate all you do!! I can’t imagine how you do it now with a baby!! My daughter also follows u and loves you….huge inspiration!!❤

Another stellar workout Sydney. Thank you! My fave circuit was the abs jack knives, twists, cycles. Core is feeling it. I'm focusing 100% on the muscles I'm using and not letting the mind drift and seeing better results. Go mind go!!! where the mind goes the body will follow! Working smarter, not harder! woot!

Awesome workout again, Sydney!!! I loved all the core circuits!!! I am fighting the battle of visceral fat at age 63 and since January that I started this new program, I can feel a slight difference in my core getting stronger! Not letting up and not giving up!
I feel strong, I enjoyed the timing 40, 30, 20 sec intervals, I would go heavier for my 20s and noticed pushing myself more than the norm towards the end. Thanks Sydney!
