Haven't done the workout but the comment section like always keeps me up for the workout. Undoubtedly, the best comment section one can see in a UA-cam video
Welcome to the club 😂 I can't get enough of reading those comments each time I crush a workout!! I am two weeks late but I'm here every day working hard ❤ cheers to all
After the first set of shoulders I was already thinking “I really hope we switch arms.” Then she says “you are not going to like this, but I want you to stay here.” If I hadn’t been at my gym I would have literally screamed out loud “Noooooooo!” I was tempted for a brief second to do it my own way, but I mentally did a self check and said “You got this, just do what Sydney says!”
I had the exact same conversation with myself at that exact moment. LOL. I didn't think there was any way she'd make us stick with the same arm. But we made it through! Whew!
Upper body 50 minutes will be tough friends but we can do it friends. It is all because we have Sydney's positive mindset. Boy oh boy !!! Drag Curl release made my arms feel all jello. I could barely lift my arms after that but as Sydney kept saying we will get there. We are doing great friends. Crushed the workout with all of you and love all the positive vibes from all of you 😍
Crushed it! 💪 I was unable to work out since December as I hurt myself during a workout. It ended up with a knee surgery on 31 March. I missed working out with my favourite trainer. I slowly started again 2 weeks ago and how does it feel good to be back in the Sydney squad and pushing through these workouts 😍 I am still struggling with my leg, but I make it slowly but surely. Never give up and keep going no matter what ❤️ And thank you Sydney for showing up every single day and proving us that no matter what we are going through, we won't give up and continue to achieve our goals together ❤️
Sydney's Daily Wisdom (53:46): "A failure is not a failure. It's sometimes just a detour into the right way that you need to go." Let's make the adjustments necessary to get us to our goals! I'm working hard on a professional goal this week, and am determined to see everything that happens along the journey as working for me, not against me.
I’m unable to do today’s workout since I got a super busy day ahead of me, which really is unfortunate because I love working out with Sydney in the morning, but I’ll be doing it this weekend. Can I please get some thumbs up to remind me so I don’t forget?? My commitment I made to myself is to finish this challenge!
I was very intimidated by a 50 minute upper body workout. I knew it would be intense. If it were not for Sydney’s coaching and positivity through the workout I would have probably coasted through workout. Instead I pushed myself, went up in weight when I could, went down when I needed and kept going. They next thing I knew it was over. I am proud of myself and all of us for completing this workout. It was hard but we did it!
STF 3.0 Day 5!!!! Great arm workout. My arms are toast! Also, how does someone on a video on the tv in my home, who can't see or hear me talk me into this stuff?🤣😂 Shoulder circuit was 🔥🔥!!
Absolutely that shoulder circuit. I typically press 10 pounds and lateral/front raise 8...yeah, I was down to 5 pounds on the press by round 3 and 2.5 pounds on the front/lateral - OUCH!
The bicep circuit was super hard by the last round! I'm going to use this resilient energy later today when I travel quite far from my house for the first time in months (a massive mental hurdle for me!) I know I'm going to do great because this workout has shown me how strong I can be - and so are all of you!!
I was literally 20 mins in and had little to no energy left, but pushed through this workout and I'm so proud! Thank you Sydney for always pushing us over our limits!
@Redheaded Stranger that's so interesting! I had no idea that was the case. Thank you so much for sharing it, I'll start paying attention to it too and see what happens!
Hi Irene! What dumbbells did you use? Is this lesson for men also? I am a guy and did this but it was brutal! I could only manage with 1 lb dumbbells but stopped at around 16 minutes as arms just gave up! :( I feel lost for what to do. I wish I can be so strong and muscular as all the women here!
@@rupinjeremiah9589 Hi! Any workout is both for men and women! You just have to adapt it to your level! I did this one a while ago and I have no idea what dumbbells I was using, but it would be super interesting to go back and do it again to see how it goes this time!
@@iiirenene Thank you for your encouragement! It will be amazing to know about your experience! When I read the comments here the women are using 20s, 25s, 30s! That is such amazing arm strength! I am really struggling with 1 lb :( I would really like to build some self worth and confidence.

Not feeling it at all today guys but just her saying “ I’m so glad that you’re here” makes it all worth it to keep pushing. This woman is simply amazing. Here’s to Day 5. 🎉

I definitely am struggling with shoulder presses too. I’m glad she hit on that and said other people are too. I’m having trouble with pain in my mid and lower back.
I'm in Canada, and we're in lockdown again. I almost didn't make it to this workout...homeschooling my kids again plus everything else we normally do. It can feel overwhelming in its truest sense. However, strength training, like this workout, makes me more resilient. Mentally I can hang in there, and it's because of this team of yours Sydney and your thoughtful programming. Thank you. I got here, I did the things, my arms burn and I'm strong enough for this lockdown.
Crushed! Feeling so strong after this upper body builder and so excited to build my shoulders. I feel I’ve been able to progress in every other area but have plateaued with shoulders. I take the resilience from these workouts to my work, my career goals, and anything else that life brings my way! ILYSM, Sydney! ❤️ as always, thank you and see you tomorrow!
Me too! I grab my phone at 9.55am and spend the next five minutes trying to guess what challenges Sydney has planned for us today!! Looking forward to this one. Good luck everyone 🤞🤞
Me too. I got the calendar for the stretches and it is not as much fun knowing what the next workout is. I loved waking up and checking what Sydney had in store for us!
I’ve said it 1,000,000 times, but the way you motivate people is just beautiful. It is a gift. I look forward to pushing myself and I have learned to not get defeated when the workout is hard but to rejoice in the fact that I pushed myself. Thank you for that beautiful gift. God has blessed you with some amazing gifts. Thank you for sharing them with us.
I can't believe the strength I've built by staying consistent with these workouts. Working on nutrition so that my muscles will show even more. #proud #sydneysquadstrong
Fan favourites August 2023!! Whew that was challenging 🥵 especially that shoulder circuit at the end!! Im loving these longer upper body workouts, hope we get some in the coming programs. Definitely feeling stronger in my upper body, even did last round of skull crushers with 12kg(26 pounds) 💪
Hi! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used soda can (300 grams) as weights but could not last even 19 minutes when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover My MIL, who does Sydney lessons regularly, did the full session with using dumbbells from 10 kg to 20 kg!!! Her biceps are thick and powerful! I feel really low and defeated.
Same...I have been with Sydney for three years and I loved this so much last year, I knew I wanted to do it again while she is taking her much needed time away
The theme of this workout - Strength builder - really lived up to its name. Shoulders and biceps circuit was truly tough, and that feeling of crushing it post workout = amazing
Thank you for putting so much thought and intention into creating these programs for us, Sydney! Your explanations today about why we were doing what, and how we'll be building on it over the next couple months are what set you apart from the rest. That and your amazing cues. Oh, and your insightful words of wisdom. And can't forget your inspiring positive mindset. You are in a league of your own and we're all so grateful for your leadership!
Day 5 Complete! I'm going to submit my final paper today and submit it! I'm also going to create an outline for my other final and begin writing it! 40 minute writing sessions on my timer!! Im also going to begin research for my other paper and check in with my prof!
My amazing friend introduced me to Sydney’s workouts and I’ve never enjoyed a workout so much! I was a regular gym goer before Covid and these saved me. I love that when you have a hard day/week and think you can’t keep going, Sydney seems to have just the right words to pick you up! Never thought I’d get emotional during a workout but her words of encouragement are so genuine and beautiful 😭
Back here again on 10/29/2023 to do this fantastic upper body strength workout! This is one of Sydney's best, for sure. 👍Wow, even after the cool down my muscles are still shaking! I loved all the unilateral work, and the endurance of staying on one side for 2 (or 3) rounds. I came to muscle failure on a couple of those! 😅🔥 Thank you, Sydney!
Thank you for the post workout pep talk!! Helps me stay focused in my day. I have a huge list of things to do today and it seemed overwhelming this morning when I woke up. But after this workout pushing through the tough parts, I know that if I stay focused I can crush my day today. Thank you thank you!! I hope y’all crush today too! ❤️
Love that - "a failure is not a failure it's just a detour". Thanks for the push... crushed this. I like these 50 minute workouts - especially focusing in on one aspect.
Phew! Day 5 upper body workout done and that went by so fast! You know when a 50 minute workout feels like a 10 minute workout, it’s a good one! Sydney you make me love strength training and not scared to try it! Thanks for everything!
Arms feeling super warm right now after this! Was able to go up from a 20 to my 25 for hammer curls! Curls are hard for me, but wanted to give it a shot anyway and surprised myself! :)
Wow! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used soda can (half lb) as weights but could not last even 19 minutes when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover My MIL, who does Sydney lessons regularly, did the full session with using dumbbells from 20 lbs to 35 lbs!!! Her biceps are thick and powerful! I feel really low and defeated.
I do have to say, my arms felt like a jello a couple times during this workout, but, I pulled through and finished this workout!! Great job to everyone!! I also miss seeing Sydney dance at the end!! Happy Mother's Day weekend to all the mother's everywhere!!
I learn something new about form EVERY SINGLE WORKOUT. Thank you Sydney for always focusing on the entirety of workouts. I know that if my form is failing, it’s ok to drop down. I know HOW to workout now. I have worked out pretty much my entire life (my mom did Body Electric workouts on PBS and let me use soup cans as weights to workout with her 😊) but now I am learning so much about how my body works and how proper form really is so important to make gains. Thank you for your pep talks too! I honestly enjoy them and do take the words outside of the mat.
These are exactly my thoughts! I know HOW to work out, which is why I am always in the zone, able to scale back when needed, and know how to push myself! It's so addicting haha!
I have been doing these workouts consistency for 15 months.. this was by far one of my favorite upper body. During the strength abs conditioning works outs I never get that failure feeling !! Got it with this work out
This month of STF was the absolute most effective for me in 2.5 years of doing Sydney’s workouts. That unilateral training was EVERYTHING. I still think about it and it’s been 2 years. Loved seeing this pop up in fan favorites. Feel like I should go back and do them all again.
My arms are shaking! Love the unilateral sets! My left side needs a little help to catch up 😂, but I am totally feeling stronger with each workout. Way to crush day 5 everyone! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
In the interest of Mental Health Awareness Month, I wanted to share this with you sweet Squadsters : I'm not new to Sydney's workouts, but this is the 1st program I've committed to. I'm also a veteran exerciser, but have an abysmal track record with adherence to any sort of program. I was on a roll this 1st week of Summertime Fine and did the 1st 4 days in a row - a new record for me (a bit ridiculous, but - like I said - abysmal). Then yesterday struck and I was demolished by a wave of negative emotions. I live with depression and manage it fairly well with fitness, outdoor exposure, meditation, and the like. But yesterday was a BAD DAY. They happen. I weathered it as best as I could and made it over the hump. I focus a lot these days on telling myself that rough patches are temporary and - as miserable as they are in the moment - all states of being are changeable and if I can just keep moving forward, I'll make it to the other side. There's no such thing as a fixed state; everything shifts, you just have to be patient and let the storm pass.... Anyway - the real morale of the story is this: I missed yesterday's workout and my streak was broken. Sad face. BUT - I didn't let that break ME. I had turned the corner and was grateful for a better head space. I stood up, dusted off, and got right back on that freakin' horse. I completed yesterday's workout today and plan to do today's tomorrow to get back on track with the program. Here's the thing: I'm pretty certain this will happen again. And again. Over the next 3 months it'll probably happen a bunch. I'm not going to pretend my mental health is anything but what it is - and it can be pretty rocky. But I'm not quitting. I might need to skip days or re-organize workouts or hit 'pause' more than I'd like. But I'm IN THIS and that's more than enough for me to feel good about right now... If you made it this far - thank you for your attention. I appreciate you! And I appreciate the space that you all hold here on the channel for folks like me to continue raging against the darkness.
Hi! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! So after spending the month of April exercising to random videos of Sydney's, STF 3.0 is my first program of hers I'm doing day-by-day. I love it! The 50 minutes today was intimidating but didn't even feel that long. She's got me looking forward to arm/upper body days, haha.
I crushed this upper body workout! I’m going to take the strength that I gained from today’s workout to finally pass my Senior Tax Specialtist test. Yes, I have failed it four times but I believe in myself and I’m not going to give up on myself. I hope everyone has a good day and I’ll see you tomorrow morning for our last workout for Week 1!
I really had trouble with that third exercise for biceps, I did it with really small weights, but was hard for me 😳 anyway it’s great workout and it went so quick 👊🏻👏🤗 happy Friday everyone 👊🏻💪🏻👏🔥🙅🏼♀️🇳🇱❤️
"Is Sydney beating you up?" That is what I heard my husband say when I finished this workout. 🤣 I'll be honest it was tough and yes, I was making a lot of noises, but it was a great upper body workout! 💪🔥 My arms were trembling so much I had to use both hands to drink my water.😂😂
Don't get me wrong I love Sydney. I love the workout 'Sydney says' but what i love the most is when Sydney says " you have officially made it to your cool down" these words us like a melody for my ear♥️♥️♥️
Too easy honestly... I’ve been following Sydney for over a year and this week has been by far extremely easy. Almost like she’s starting a foundation for people who are just barely following. I understand her concept, just gotta learn how to challenge myself more I guess!! 🤷🏽♀️
I went to join in on that shoulder conversation! I'm ready to build strength! Shoulders have always been really hard for me. I liked that we ended with them today. Sometimes when we start with them at the very beginning of a workout I don't feel warm enough yet. Thanks Sydney!
I never comment on videos but I really didn’t think I was going to finish this workout cause I’ve been so tired this week and I didn’t think I had much to give. But I crushed it and gave it all I could this week and I love how her words of wisdom was about that today
Here on 08/23/2023 for August Fan Favorites! This one is certainly a favorite, and wow, what a GREAT upper body strength workout! 💪Talk about progressive overload! Especially that shoulder circuit was a burner for me. 🔥Also got to failure on the triceps circuit! 😅My upper body muscles are pretty shaky right now, and I know that I gave this workout my all, and I CRUSHED IT!! 😁
Sydney, your words at the end are soul warming. You shine of gratitude and goodness and it always brightens my day and even week. Your soul is beautiful. Thank you for what you do.
oooh that was a tough one. My arms can feel that. Never gave up , pushed myself. Determined by the end of of summertime 3 I will be able to do those push ups off my knees. That is my goal. Thanks Sydney.

When you said "I love you" I received it with open arms, your authenticity always shining through!
This was a killer but so good... can barely type 🤣. Thankyou as always Sydney!

☑️☑️☑️You go!!!
@@wwagoner4669 submitted al of my finals as of today! Hello summer
Upper body workout is always harder for me but I put my mind to finish the workout and I did!!
Whew, shoulder circuit was tough in this one for me! STF 3.0 day 5 done!! Way to crush the first week everyone!!
Thank you, Sydney!
Loved this … just didn’t realised how much strength I had lost… glad to be starting again.. thanks Sydney
I forgot to say Sydney your amazing I love doing your workouts I feel like I’m meeting up with a friend every morning.
Holy buckets! Will I be able to move my arms tomorrow? Don’t know! ❤️ Did it feel AMAZING to work that hard? HECK YES! 🔥🔥
Happy Mother's Day weekend to all the mother's everywhere!!
yayyyyy cmon upper!!! sydney’s workouts have made me LOVE training in this area 💜
I loved how you used to put modifications for pregnant mamas would love if you did that again!!
Not sure how I’ll manage 50 minutes of upper body but wooh day 5 already!! 🥰
Arm workouts are always tough but I love them because I challenge myself while keeping form, which I couldn't do a few months ago. Thanks Sydney!
I have been doing these workouts consistency for 15 months.. this was by far one of my favorite upper body. During the strength abs conditioning works outs I never get that failure feeling !! Got it with this work out
What a great way to start my day!!! Felt so strong today. Loved this Upper body workout.
This month of STF was the absolute most effective for me in 2.5 years of doing Sydney’s workouts. That unilateral training was EVERYTHING. I still think about it and it’s been 2 years. Loved seeing this pop up in fan favorites. Feel like I should go back and do them all again.
The BEST arm workout I have had in a while!!!! Awesome!!!
My arms are shaking! Love the unilateral sets! My left side needs a little help to catch up 😂, but I am totally feeling stronger with each workout. Way to crush day 5 everyone! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
Happy Friday guys! 5th day in and already feeling a lot stronger 🤩
Holy bicep circuit!!! Arms feeling like jelly....!! 💪🏼 Crushed it! Ready to crush this day!❤️ Thanks Sydney!
Love love Sydney and her workouts and positive attitude..... she is my motivation.
Great workout, feeling all pumped 💪🏼💪🏼 thank you Sydney!!
Great upper body burner. Thanks Sydney, crushed it again 😊💪💪💪💪💪💪 Have a restful weekend all !
This workout made me feel so powerful! Constantly challenged! 💪🏽
Hi! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used soda can (half lb) as weights but could not last even 19 minutes when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover My MIL, who does Sydney lessons regularly, did the full session with using dumbbells from 15 lbs to 35 lbs!!! August 2023! The first time I did this workout I was beginning my first program with Sydney. Thank you Sydney and team for all that you do!

Apparently my view on the solution is to venture into trading cryptocurrency

True investing in crypto should be in every wise individuals list, in some months time you'll be ecstatic with the decision you made today.
@Mack Jason
That won't bother you if you trade with a professional like Mr Fred Meyer
he's obviously the best I invested 2000USD with him and I have made a profit of 9101USD
His success stories are everywhere 😱
This is my favorite upper body. It's such a privilege to grow with Sydney! Believe you can and you will!
Obsessed with her workouts ❤️
Obsessed is a good word, me too and I am not an obsessive type personality, but she is amazing!
Sameeeeee! Sydney’s workouts have transformed me-mind and body. So thankful for the work she and Dustin put into this channel!
So after spending the month of April exercising to random videos of Sydney's, STF 3.0 is my first program of hers I'm doing day-by-day. I love it! The 50 minutes today was intimidating but didn't even feel that long. She's got me looking forward to arm/upper body days, haha.
My arms are on 🔥 but i crushed it, thank you Sydney 💪🏼
Same !! I really felt the burn with that bicep circuit !! Even after going down to 3 lbs!?🤣😁
You pushed, you persevered, and you will progress!
What I’m going to crush is continuing to love myself and my body.
That was really tough and really beneficial! My arms are on fire!! 💪🔥
The end talk - so empowering! Did anyone else almost tear up? 👍🏼💗🥲
Me, trying to wash my hair after that workout: My elbow meat is already sore.
Husband: Brand new sentences said by a human for $100, Alex.
Today is hair washing day for me, too 😭😂
@@theshunnedBandersnatch I should know better! 🙄🤣
Lol@elbowmeat #noliestold
hahahaha :D
Hahaha love this
Awesome! My arms are shaking!
"Is Sydney beating you up?" That is what I heard my husband say when I finished this workout. 🤣
I'll be honest it was tough and yes, I was making a lot of noises, but it was a great upper body workout! 💪🔥
My arms were trembling so much I had to use both hands to drink my water.😂😂
Don't get me wrong I love Sydney. I love the workout 'Sydney says' but what i love the most is when Sydney says " you have officially made it to your cool down" these words us like a melody for my ear♥️♥️♥️
I wonder how 7 ppl disliked this video lol, were the workouts too challenging or was Sydney too encouraging 😜
I crushed it again! Thanks, Sydney and Dustin, for this amazing workout! Love and appreciate you both xoxo👌💪🥵😘❤️
I never comment on videos but I really didn’t think I was going to finish this workout cause I’ve been so tired this week and I didn’t think I had much to give. But I crushed it and gave it all I could this week and I love how her words of wisdom was about that today
That was fabulous Sydney- Now I just hope somebody comes at lunchtime to help me lift my fork up to my mouth LOL! Thank you as always!
Oh mother goose!!!
I am definitely stronger than I once thought I was…
Working with Coach Sydney puts everything together that I feel the whole body firing!
Thank you 🎉
Sydney really said SURPRISE SHAWTY with that double round arm isolation 😅 I can hardly type this. Love ya Syd and everyone that works out "with" me worldwide 💖💖💖
