I get sad sometimes when I see other fitness channels with millions of subs when Sydney deserves that. Not trying to hate on those other channels (they usually have very good exercises and the trainers are good), but so often they have titles with these big claims like 'defined abs in a week' that have no substance, just to draw people in looking for a quick fix. I love that Sydney doesn't do any of that stuff. Sure, most of us would love to have an improved body but that isn't the main focus here. It's about getting stronger mentally and physically. And it isn't about some quick fix, it's about being consistent and staying for the long haul. So Sydney might not have as many subs, but she has integrity and honesty. And that's why it's Sydney's videos I return to daily. Thank you Sydney for helping me exercise consistently for over a year, and making it something I genuinely look forward to ♥

I have been with her over a year and half now and will admit when I was being “lazy” I looked around for others that could “get it done faster” etc and after 10 mins in knew right away that Sydney was just the bomb and that’s what it takes to get my body strong. She is no joke! I hope she knows her worth in this community!! She will get there good things take time :)

Yesterday was one of the hardest days I’ve had to go through I had to put my fur baby Brownie to rest after 12 years, he was my best friend it was the hardest thing and I just wanna say thank you to you because your workouts and your positivity are keeping me going through this heartbreaking time❤️

I did this one last night- whoooo... I was SPENT at the end. And I was feeling really hard on myself because a few of the abs exercises were incredibly challenging for me. But in the end when you said challenge yourself, I still did my best- even though barely any leg lifts were happening... lol. But here’s the magic... I was sweaty, breathing hard, arms shaking... feeling hard on myself during cool down, then here you come saying... are you shaking? Sore? Breathing hard? Then you gave it your all, and you’re doing what you SHOULD be doing. I felt so much better. I’m getting stronger, even if it doesn’t always feel like it in the tough moments! Thanks!

Loved the burn my upper body is experience currently. You have really helped me enjoy just lifting and I am able to notice the strength changes in my muscles for sure. Today I can curl 20 pounds...very new at it so the fatigue still sets in half way but today I can continue to push with the burn rather than decrease so thank you.

I adore arm workouts, I mean I feel like a noodle and my fingers are struggling with the motor control to type this but WORTH it. My husband the other day randomly said he could see my body changing in tone. Exciting! I am stronger and stronger with each workout the visual is just an added bonus! Really enjoyed the burnervat the end. Was able to challenge myself with chosing the exercises that was the most challenging and bumping my weights up.
