i purchased a vita in the first week it was released. i was blown away back then by its build quality and appearance and the game uncharted made by sony convinced me into handing over my hard earned cash for it . I played uncharted and wipeout and pinball arcade for a while then got bored with it . i waited year after year for better games to be released and nothing really satisfied me . come 2017 i injure my back and im stuck at home in pain from time to time so i decided to take this awesome unit out and downloaded killzone mercenary and was addicted with it for days . i downloaded a few more games and im blown away with the graphics today as i was back then . then found out sony abandoned it ? WTF SONY ? pull your heads outta your ass and start producing games for it yourselves you dont just give up thats bad business .if every company gave up so easily because they weren't doing so well then its not the consumers fault is it ? Sony you need to look at yourself in the mirror . The Ps Vita is an incredible unit that thought of everything to be future proof and to think that they just gave up on it is just mind boggling.

It runs like a very bad ROM on an emulator. The controls also don't help. It plays slower than the original versions, and that's unacceptable. Thankfully, I have the other versions, and the PS3 remastered collection.

TheZookProject It's very good. You don't really need to play the other Persona titles since every new entry to the series has its own unique stand-alone story.
The Vita will continue to thrive in spite of Sony as long as gamers play on it and developers in Japan and Europe still continue to release games. Of course, Vita has hundreds of great games (and even more if you read Japanese 😉)

Sly Cooper isn't a Role Playing Game (RPG). It's an action adventure platformer. The games have no Role-Playing elements whatsoever. No xp, no leveling, no elements of an RPG whatsoever. Also, Borderlands 2 on Vita runs better in offline mode. The difference easily makes it go from barely playable to reasonably playable. Also, Toukiden 2 is an amazing open-world game. Lastly, I'd have Gravity Rush at #1.

i dont know what to say, but at one time i got to the point where i got stuck because of the glitch of the game so i have to restart from the save point which was really really bad was almost 3 hours of worth of gameplay and i went back and then after i went back i say "you know what let's go ahead and try again" then i got to the another point where my game my chracter totally freeze i couldnt go back i turn off the game i put it back on and the save file didnt save from the location i was so i have go back again like almost as hour of gameplay and that just pissed me off and thats why i never finish the game.
I can tell you from personal experience that the jack and Daxter collection (saddly) has a lot of framerate issues. It's most prevenlent in Jack and Daxter 2 where when you are flying or walking around the city (something you will be doing often) the framerate will drop drastically due to how many npcs have to be rendered on a lower power handheld. It's dissapointing to say the least and its so old now I don't believe it will be fixed

A hacked vita is insane because I also have psp games for free as well 4. I just bought salt and sanctuary and toukiden 2. even though it had problems I played the shit out of borderlands 2 for the vita, last year I traded it for handsome collection on PS4, even though it runs at 60 fps and has another game. I don't feel like playing it cuz I'm still fatigued from the vita version, I mean that in a good way.
KingMaru I freaking love salt n sanctuary it's all I've been playing lately...a lot of people say it's a souls clone, but it's more like a metroidvania/souls clone. It runs great barely any dips in framerate, but I have run into crashes in certain areas like 6 hours into it. The devs are aware though and I have found ways around it. Unfortunately there is no map system, and you need to be clear headed playing it, I have to rely on wiki to tell me more or less my direction/area I need to head to. I have not played toukiden because of that fact..I need to keep my mental memory strong for salt. But TK2 I got physical and there is a 16mb patch for like audio text stuff. I'm not the biggest hunting genre fan, but I understand why people like them. I did not really like freedom wars later on (beat)...monster hunter freedom unite is not my cup of tea, and soul sacrifice delta I didn't sink my teeth into much. So far from gameplay clips TK 2 looks like a good balance of hunting and resource management. I might get god eater sometime but my 16 gig card died and I'm working with my 8 gig.

I would have liked to have seen a GTA game for Vita just like what we got on psp, but unfortunately that never happen. The GTA City stories games were so good.

To be fair this is the vita we're talking about, a device with old hardware running a ps3 game with modern gen physics that's open world aswell, can't expect the vita to run it without a few reductions
ninja gaiden sigma plus is what ive been having fun playing lately but I think the hotline Miami series has been my favorite so far

I just bought salt and sanctuary and toukiden 2. even though it had problems I played the shit out of borderlands 2 for the vita, last year I traded it for handsome collection on PS4, even though it runs at 60 fps and has another game. I don't feel like playing it cuz I'm still fatigued from the vita version, I mean that in a good way.

KingMaru I freaking love salt n sanctuary it's all I've been playing lately...a lot of people say it's a souls clone, but it's more like a metroidvania/souls clone. It runs great barely any dips in framerate, but I have run into crashes in certain areas like 6 hours into it. The devs are aware though and I have found ways around it. Unfortunately there is no map system, and you need to be clear headed playing it, I have to rely on wiki to tell me more or less my direction/area I need to head to. I have not played toukiden because of that fact..I need to keep my mental memory strong for salt. But TK2 I got physical and there is a 16mb patch for like audio text stuff. I'm not the biggest hunting genre fan, but I understand why people like them. I did not really like freedom wars later on (beat)...monster hunter freedom unite is not my cup of tea, and soul sacrifice delta I didn't sink my teeth into much. So far from gameplay clips TK 2 looks like a good balance of hunting and resource management. I might get god eater sometime but my 16 gig card died and I'm working with my 8 gig.

I understand this is a ps vita but compared to the other versions of the amazing spiderman the grahpics were downgraded again I know its on a vita the graphics are'nt meant to be amazing but it kind of makes me like the xbox 360 and ps3 versions more
