I'm 30 years old and I still don't like to have to jump around to stay healthy . This seated band exercise routine is perfect for my low energy morning routine because I really do struggle to stay motivated especially when I know it's going to take so much energy.... but this right here is 🔥 ty so much!!! 🙏🏾

Very nice Meredith! I like the sensible sequencing and less fidgeting with the band. I find my seniors have a harder time positioning the band than actually executing the movements!
Great workout. I ruptured a ligament in my ankle so I've been looking for ways to get my exercise in without using my foot. I'm missing my daily 5 mile walks/hikes and I was getting desperate for some exercise and you fit the bill with this and other seated exercise videos. Thanks!

Disabled 25 years ago with half my spine fused, I am beginning to move with this and your 10-minute balance program for the first time in a quarter-century. It feels good, but how often should I be doing this program? I want to do it more regularly so I can feel more improvement, but I don't want to create injury.
Hi Dee! So great to hear you are back to working out! So, you should stick to doing strength training every 2-3 days…give at least a day of rest in between for the muscles to repair and grow. Balance is fine daily, along with cardio. But always listen to your body and give rest days as needed!
