Genius.
Jack and his band are AMAZING man. This is a legend, a true GOAT, and a very underrated one.
The BLUE print for how to really get the crowd rocking…… a masterclass from a genius and brilliant band👏👏👏👏
Step 1: write good song
Step 2: song becomes anthem at sporting events
Step 3: kick ass in live setting
I see what you did there.
@@akimbofresh8109 it is what it is.

Literally just got back from his gig at the Hammersmith apollo. Absolutely insane! Was so tight and just played banger after banger. A true legend.
Was there too, what a set! Smaller crowd but we had a good old mosh.
Yep was there too 👍
Was there on the Monday, absolutely smashed it!!!
I was there too. Best gig I've ever been too
Not many songs can produce such energy when performed live, and this guy really knows how to use a crowd. Now I want to see him live
@@grugef me tooooo!!!
He is such a phenomenal artist who also has a spectacular sense of humor. He looks like he's having a blast along with the audience and that's the best part of it
Man, Jack nailed that. What a performance. Always helps with a good crowd to feed off.
I just love how he sang the second and third verse. That alternation was so fun.
I swear he just gets better with age!
and the whole crowd kept with him somehow... magically? top
You can see how the drummer is loving the riff and how he gets to go off!!! ❤
Not a massive fan but found myself at the Park when this set started. It was brilliant. Such a great performance even though I only knew the famous White Stripes songs.
those are the only songs that matter
@@caerxhan8313 Naaaaaaa. The Raconteurs and The Dead Weather are also great.

Jack struck gold with that riff. So iconic.
Wow. I love when an artist stays passionate all those years later. I’m not a huge fan of Jack White, but this was an incredible performance and it demands respect. I appreciate this and was zoned out watching him.
Now THAT is how you create a memorable onstage moment. Holy cow.
How good does Jack look at the minute? Awesome performance, still remember watching him fall over the drum kit at Glastonbury some years back. Legend.
He is looking well, even with blue hair!
according to his recent interview on conan’s podcast, dude hasn’t had processed sugars since the pandemic started 🤯
@@whatsupclouds Great, great, great episode. They share a special kind of passion.
He's got the energy and stage presence of a man half his age; you Go Jack White!!
Hell of a performance that.
Some crowd as well! Not even in the top 3 biggest stages at Glastonbury either, awesome!
Only Jack White could create a 7 note Riff that turns into an International Sports Anthem sung in 🏟️Stadiums. Amazing how this song took on a life of its own. 😮😊Because it’s catchy!
Simple is always best. The simple riffs are always the most popular.
@@partyguinnessyes. DOWN for example. Heaviest and simplest shit
"Only Jack"? You forget Gary!
Respect to the crowd. What an epic set
That has to be one of the best live performances of that song I've ever seen
Totally agree. I love the additional organ driven tune.
Yeah it was really good! It's crazy how famous this song has gotten. Most people don't even know the actual song, just because the football chant is so famous now. It's becoming one of the most recognizable songs on the planet year after year. That's gotta be a crazy feeling if you're the writer of it
in Manaus Brazil was much better
Totally agree
The White Stripes - Seven Nation Army (Live at Bonnaroo 2007) 10x better.
love how he directs the crowd and his band
No in-ear monitors at a festival. A true ripper
He knew the crowd would keep time for him lol
Jack White is an excellent guitarist.
Yeah but he beat his first wife. That means he is a shit human and it cancels out that great guitarist bit.
@@vegetariansuniteworldwide8091 I did not know of that. I haven't read or heard anything about that.

I'm an old person who really enjoyed this. Memories of Woodstock....
Jack White didn't play at Woodstock. Common mistake.

hi, thank you for your songs, they help me with a depressed mood!
Jack is exceptional and reminds me of bands like Queen, because he exactly knows what worked with his fans and what he can improve on. I don't know how else to explain it...
I don't think there has been any performer in the last 15 years, not even Grimes or Muse, who understood their crowd this much tbh.I
If I had the chance I'd say "Jack, I know it's not alway easy... but thank you."
I don't think this can ever besurpassed even by Queen it will behard.

He almost completely changed this song.
He had to. It's not the same without Meg. I miss her so much.

This riff is up there with "Smoke on the Water" and "Whole Lotta Love" as far as most iconic of all time. In 200 years, it'll be looked upon like Beethoven is now.
but it never gets boring. :)

One hell of a performance..........by the crowd, Jack is a brilliant 'one-man band' with a fantastic backing outfit, if you get my drift.................of course you do.

Rock and Roll will never die! Thank you Glastonbury! Thank you for proving it last week!
This riff will NEVER get old, even after listening to it almost daily due to performances my family have done (myself including) it will always sound amazing whenever I hear it. The White Stripes out did themselves with this song.
Saw Jack White last night in Chicago at the Aragon Ballroom. Amazing high-energy performance and fabulous band!
