I love how you don't talk about unrelated things on your videos, just about the yoga you're practicing right now. It's really helpful, especially because you properly explain what you're doing at any point, since I practice without glasses and can't really be looking at the videos so much in the middle of it. Also, this one video is really good, because it's a bit hard for me right now, but not so much that I can't follow at all, just need to add 1 or 2 breaks to breathe and find my place in the practice again!

Has anyone ever had an emotional release after their practice? In massage, its fairly common to find a place where trauma is stored and it usually takes the person by surprise. This practice took me by surprise today. I think it had something to do with SarahBeth saying, "Your body was made to do hard things." Anyway, I feel great after this practice and a very short, good cry. :^)
Yoga doesn’t just works on your body but also your mind. I feel extremely relaxed mentally while my body feels like it’s dead after any yoga session. I do feel the tension release.

Hey! I've been doing the weight loss series since the pandemic started, I've done the whole playlist 3 times already, I love it. I've been progresively getting storngerm though a couple weeks ago I was like stuck, couldn't finish a workout. So I took a break from power and did just Hatha (my favourite, I'm lazy, what can I say) for a few weeks. Today I did this workout and I felt stronger than ever. So I wanted to remind everyone (and myself) that taking a break it's not only ok, it is good sometimes. Lots of love to everyone in this community and to SarahBeth for making this for us

Love the power yoga flow! I love the stretch. My favorite part is stretching one thigh and squaring the other under my chest with my head relax on my forearms. Love the other stretches too. But one thing is I don’t want to put too much strain on my elbow and wrist joint. Thanks for your video. Enjoyed the nice energetic flow!

@@GusnainIshaq I started doing this 7 months ago with a healthy diet and never missed a day for the first month..in that first month I lost 10 pounds. But I'm 6 montjs pregnant now I still do the yoga and it has toned my muscles and I feel wonderful. I can't be on weight loss during my pregnancy bit as soon as a give birth I will continue to do this to lose my baby weight.

In the beginning I couldn't touch the ground, in the middle my back was hurting but I did it. And even thou I thought I would break in the middle I did it to the end almost dying. Really good. I'll be back tomorrow. Thank you for the video.

MegDubu this routine got my day going in a way nothing else has. Big ol glass of water, some sage lighting, and Sarah Beth’s flow put me in a positive, confident mood each day. I’d be lying if I said I did it every day but it did give me something to look forward to in the mornings most of October and even up until today.
Yes! I finally had time to do this one. I recognized some of the movements but this one also tied the movements together with other poses making it even better. Thank you! 😊. My balance on my left foot is embarrassing 🙈 , but I kept going! Even though I at one point endangered the framed family pictures on the bookshelf. Great routine! 🌻🌻😊

Yes, my understanding is that is quite common. Yoga is used in some residential mental health treatment programmes for that very purpose.

I once did suryanamaskara and started crying suddenly in the middle of nowhere.. I was surprised how much tension I had stored in my back😭😭

In the beginning I couldn't touch the ground, in the middle my back was hurting but I did it. And even thou I thought I would break in the middle I did it to the end almost dying. Really good. I'll be back tomorrow. Thank you for the video.

MegDubu this routine got my day going in a way nothing else has. Big ol glass of water, some sage lighting, and Sarah Beth’s flow put me in a positive, confident mood each day. I’d be lying if I said I did it every day but it did give me something to look forward to in the mornings most of October and even up until today.
Yes! I finally had time to do this one. I recognized some of the movements but this one also tied the movements together with other poses making it even better. Thank you! 😊. My balance on my left foot is embarrassing 🙈 , but I kept going! Even though I at one point endangered the framed family pictures on the bookshelf. Great routine! 🌻🌻😊

i'm here bcs i'm looking for a light/moderate workout that my friends and i can do during ramadan. i love Sarah's 15mins beginner yoga and i successfully did it during ramadan last year. i only trust this yoga teacher. haha hopefully this year we can do this.
