@@erick7brian Ya I just use a calorie calculator and do my best to stay in a small deficit then reassess after about 4 to 6 weeks. Rems recipes have really made the whole process much easier.

I’ve had the cinnamon toast flavor and recently bought the fruity pebble one. Best bar I’ve ever had literally tastes like a candy bar with fruit pebbles. Can’t imagine what the s’mores or monster cookie ones is like.

I started at 267 pounds in August of 2022, I cut calories extremely. Sometime as low as 500 calories a day. I try not to go over 1200 on a week day but sometime i might get close to 1500. anyways I fell in love with running and am running 4 miles everyday but sunday. But once I got down to 200 pounds I just got bored of the diet I was eating. I recently found your food hacks and am able to stay in my preferred calorie intake while feeling 5x fuller, and have dropped my fastest 10lbs ever, just a little more than 2 weeks. I'm now down to 189 and your food hacks are changing the way i workout and eat and my overall fitness life! Once I get down to around 175 ill probably bump up my calories and start really trying to put on some muscles!
When I started I figured out My calories a day then cut 500 out. But following RJ I don't feel like I am missing out on everyday foods. Congrats!

448 grams of Chicken = 440 calories. 4 grams fat, 0 carbs, 100 grams of protein. 40 grams white flour = 141 calories, 1.4 grams fat, 29.5 grams of carb, 4.7 grams of protein. 90 grams of Parmesan sauce = 360 calories, 36 grams of fat, 6 grams of carbs, 0 grams of protein. That's a total of 1081 calories, 51.2 grams of fat, 35.4 grams of carbs and 117 of protein, not counting calories from egg wash. Not 776 calories and 24 grams of fat? His math only includes 15 grams of wing sauce. Making his daily calories 2501. Be careful when you read some of these recipes. This is how you can easily blow a diet. An extra 305 calories per day if you ate this meal daily.

The only reason you shoulder be consuming 300 grams of protein is if you were 300 lbs. And if you were, you could probably get away with eating less.

I’m curious about your poops RJ. 13 grams of fiber is super low. I know everyone has different gut health, but that is not an ideal number and should be higher.

Good but I’d rather have less protein and more carbs. For me complex carbs are much more satiating than animal protein. I get my 1g of proper pound but personally I’d allocate more cals to carbs. Great stuff though

I'm about to be traveling alot for work and was wondering if you could make a video showing the best way to eat anabolic while living in hotels without access to a kitchen (other than just a sink and microwave). While also not eating a bunch of fast food. I know you can come up with some creative dope ideas!!!
